Welcome to 'Mi Casa Es Su Casa' (our home is your home). Our condo in Perla Del Mar is 1467 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. Professionally decorated, it is equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Located in the quaint town of Bucerias (Riviera Nayarit) the local charm and cobble stone streets await you. The complex is located approximately 20 minutes north of the Vallarta airport and has only 29 units within the complex.

The roof top patio provides outstanding views of Bay of Bandaras and the mountains, or in the evening the amazing sight of the lights of Vallarta. Imagine sitting with your favorite drink and w...atching the breathtaking view of the sunset over Bandaras Bay.

A short walk will take you to one of the nicest beaches on the Bay of Banderas which is surrounded by the mountains. There is approximately 7 miles of beach and an early morning stroll will give you the opportunity to watch the dolphins and whales swim close to shore.

There is something for everyone in Bucerias, local shopping at fleamarkets, beautiful ocean front restaurants with both local and international cuisine and many fine dining restaurants where $40 US will buy you an amazingly delicious seafood dinner for 2. The town has many fresh food markets, craft vendors, artisans and more that is within walking distance. The local Mega store (similar to Loblaws Super centre) is a 2 minute bus ride. The Bank, Pharmacy, OXXO (similar to Seven Eleven) and the local transit is less than a minute away. Excellent English speaking medical and dental facilities are easily accessible at costs that are incredibly low.

We have equipped our suite with all the comforts of home including a 32' flat screen TV, Star Choice satellite with Canadian programming, surround sound system with both CD and DVD. A fully furnished patio which overlooks the large pool is partially covered by a palapa and provides a natural gas Weber BBQ for your outdoor cooking pleasure. There is also two(2) electronic safe in the unit. This condo was equipped to suit our personal needs and has everythint and more, we even supply hair dryers and a weekly maid service which is included in your rental price.

Our condo is totally security gated for your safety and is only 1 of 3 condos in the complex that ofers this added security, if you wish you can safely sleep with your sreens closed and all the doors open.

BUCERIAS ON THE MEXICAN RIVIERA IS A SMALL TOWN WHICH IS LOCATED 20 MINS NORTH OF THE PUERTO VALLARTA AIRPORT. THE RICH MEXICAN CULTURE IS JUST OUTSIDE THE GATES AT PERLA DEL MAR AND THERE ARE MANY GREAT RESTAURANTS AND PLACES TO SEE.
WE ARE LOCATED ON THE BEACH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND OUR COMPLEX IS IN A SECURE ,GATED COMPLEX.
OUR CONDO IS APPROX 4 MINUTE WALK TO THE OCEAN AND 1 MINUTE TO THE BUS. THE MEGA(SIMILAR TO A NORTH AMERICAN SUPERSTORE) IS A 3 MINUTE BUS RIDE AND A BANK, DRUG STORE AND OXO(SIMILAT TO A 7-11) ARE WITHIN A 1 MINUTE WALK.
ARE CONDO IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE MARKET PLACE WHERE THE LOCAL VENDORS COME TO SELL THEIR WARES. THERE ARE SOME OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN BUCERIASTHERE ARE ALSO MANY TOURIST ATTRACTIONS.
DOWNTOWN VALLARTA IS A 30 MINUTE BUS RIDE AND THERE ARE NO SHORTAGE OF BUSES JUST STEPS FROM THE CONDO.
