The condo was clean, safe, close to the beach, and comfortable. It is in walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the beach. The town of Bucerias was filled with stores, restaurants, friendly people, good food, awesome scenery, beautiful beach and different options of entertainment.

Ease of getting to everything, was so simple. Everything you need is either in the property or information on how to get everywhere is left in the townhouse for your ease. The property manager is a great help and so easy to deal with. She is just a wealth of information. Taxi's, grocery shopping, beaches, bus stops all right there. I can honestly say that for the price, there shouldn't be the need to stay anywhere else.! Infact, I'm already planning my next stay here at this property. Definately Buceria's best kept secret.

i enjoyed how close to down town Bucerias the place is. I love walking and it was the perfect walk anywhere you wanted to go. I really enjoyed the roof top patio, the beautiful view, the friendly neighbors. I enjoyed the fact that we could cook our own foods, that there is 3 bedrooms, a place to chill or watch TV. That there is 2 bathrooms (that's always helpful). The weather was incredible and the bus stop was close if you wanted to take a ride into another small town. Oh how great of a stay it was. A suggestion would be to get air conditioning when around for the hotter season, but other than that the fans in the place were perfect.

I felt very safe, and a little more integrated in real Mexican culture, as opposed to staying in an all-inclusive resort. Amenities are only a couple blocks away and there were individuals nearby available to help if any problems arose during my stay. However, everything went smoothly and glitch free. The cost was extremelly reasonable, and I had the choice to eat at very affordable local restaurants or bringing home my own fresh groceries to eat at home where all the amenities were provided for to cook for myself. For the price and with the amenities and facilities available at this Mexican townhouse and immediate surrounding area, I would go back in a heart beat, and whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone, whether couple, group of friends, or family. I look forward to my next trip to Bucerias and staying at Terralta.

I stayed in this townhouse for a month. It was just like being at home! I felt very safe, it's a gated community, and I was able to stroll to downtown Bucerias and the beach in 10-15 minutes. The house was so clean, well kept and in brand new shape. There are 3 bedrooms and a futon in the living room, plus a cute little outdoor space, and we watched the sunset almost nightly from the roof... What more could we ask for in a vacation? We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it highly.

I stayed at this townhouse for a week and felt very safe in this part of Mexico. The beach was a nice 7 min walk away. Everything I needed was there including a TV and DVD player for the evenings I stayed in. Electric fans were also available as September is very hot and humid but Independance Day is not to be missed!
