Relax and unwind in the SERENITY of your own Spacious, well appointed town-Home complete with your PRIVATE, OCEAN FACING POOL, grassy lawn and STONE STEPS with a locked gate for direct access to the beach. We provide the key. View Gorgeous sunrise and enjoy Peaceful evening Views of Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta. Watch the oyster divers from your lawn chair while soaking up the sun or wander the Sandy beaches. The Grey whales, December to mid March, are amazing.

Our casa is located a half an hour drive north of Puerto Vall...arta, RIGHT ON THE BEACH, and half way between the small Mexican towns of Bucerias and La Cruz. You can walk to either town on the beach in about 20-35 minutes depending on how fast you walk. Walk to La Cruz during low

tide.

Follow your Marble staircase upstairs to the master suite with a QUEEN Bed, carved wooden writing desk, and Private, ALL MARBLE Bathroom. Hair dryers available in both bathrooms. The guest suite upstairs has the flexibility of two Twin-sized beds which can be combined into a KING. There is a double-bed sized Sofa-Bed on the main level in the living room suitable for one adult or 2 small children. A crib can be arranged for the little one for ABOUT $35 a week. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ADULTS IS 4. Kids under 5 stay free, one per paying adult. Maximum number of people is 6.

Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated in MEXICAN DECOR and have sliding doors that open out to a common Balcony overlooking YOUR OWN POOL and the Bay of Banderas. So brew your coffee, relax and enjoy the morning sunrise or the Evening Lights of Puerto Vallarta with your Margarita or other favorite beverage.

On the main floor, a wall of sliders in the living room and dining room open directly onto the covered patio and the Pool area which Leads to the Beach. A PROPANE GRILL outside for those great Bar-B-Ques. A Second Bathroom is conveniently located on this floor along with the sofa bed couch for those who prefer not to negotiate stairs. Watch your FLAT SCREEN TV with satellite TV service that gets some American channels. There is a CD player with some CDs provided and also an I-HOME for you to bring your MP3 player and listen to your own tunes.

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST FOOD, Soda and beer await you in the frig and a LAUNDRY ROOM adjoins the well-equipped Kitchen. Weekly MAID SERVICE enhances your vacation, while the pool and

yard are impeccably maintained for you. A beach umbrella, Beach Towels, hand cooler, and cooler on wheels will enhance your excursions to the best beaches in Mexico. Don't forget the sunscreen!

Re-loadable CELL PHONE is provided with 200 pesos of minutes. Wireless/Wired INTERNET available in the casa so bring your laptop and keep in touch. Internet cafes nearby if you prefer. A rental car is useful but not critical, as the bus stop is about a 3 block walk to the highway. Just flag them down. Buses run frequently, are inexpensive and are quite an education in local culture. Taxi phone number is

pre-programmed into the Complimentary Cell Phone.

Enjoy sightseeing tours and activities such as, surfing, horseback riding, whale watching, fishing, zip lining through the jungle canopy and mountain biking, to name a few. Our BILINGUAL property manager is a wealth of information and only a phone call away. Ask us about arranging a sport fishing, whale watching or snorkeling charter. We can also arrange for an authentic MEXICAN HOME-COOKED MEAL to be waiting for you upon your arrival (or more days if you wish) at a reasonable cost. Or if

you wish a massage, that can be arranged also, in the privacy of the casa.

Additional Location Information

Our oceanfront casa is a half hour north of the airport of Puerto Vallarta and within walking distance on the beach between the two quaint Mexican towns of Bucerias and La Cruz. Our area is quiet and relaxing yet close to the Flamingo Golf course, the surfing beaches of Sayulita, and all the adventures of zip-lining, snorkeling, whale watching, horseback riding, etc that one would fine in and around Puerto Vallarta.

  Wow. what a wonderful, warm, equipped vacation home. my travel pal and i felt so at home. Especially with fridge stocked for our first meal there! I cant describe how often we just dipped in the private pool .. before breakfast, after breakfast, immediately upon return from sight seeing, middle of night when couldnt sleep. lounges overlooking beach were wonderful for pre-dinner coctails (see picture) and i must admit .. some late afternoon naps (aka as siestas in mexico!)! Well equipped laundry room very helpful. bedding and towels well equipped. Loved the location. just minutes to quaint bucerias and right near the highway to explore other towns and beaches Selulita (sp?) was one of my favorites. The phone for local calls was very helpful. Wifi was a necessity and much appreciated. The coffee table hand-assembled booklet of sight see suggestions, general hints and other guest info was so informative! I cant wait to go back again .. and have already recommended it to other friends!!

  Wonderful view in an immaculate clean casa.

  We have stayed here for four consecutive winters and love the place. With the clean, well maintained casa with private yard and pool you cannot go wrong. One great feature is the casa is stocked with beer, soda and everything you need for your first breakfast.
  
  The property manager is very efficient and will help you with any problems you may encounter.
