In the small town of Bucerias, just 25 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, lies the private, ocean-front estate known as Villa Encanto.

This magnificent villa is fully staffed and can accommodate up to 16 guests. The main house is over 5,000 square feet and consists of five beautifully decorated bedrooms that open on to the private terraces, all with king size beds and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have ocean views while the remaining three have pool views. The downstairs master bedroom (one of three) is very spacious and can accommodate a person in a wheelchair.

There is a large great room on the mai...n floor that opens to a covered patio for outdoor dining with views of the ocean and garden. In addition, the home features a media room with a 42 inch widescreen TV(High Definition), DVD and VCR player, satellite television, wireless high speed internet access, an β€œall in one” HP fax machine with printer, copier and scanner. There is also a dedicated phone line where guests can make unlimited calls to US and Canada at no charge. The media room also has two day beds and a game table.

Beyond the main house in the center of the Estate, is the junior size Olympic pool and guest house. The guest room consists of two bedrooms, separated by a kitchenette, each with a private bathroom and a king size bed. This small house is only rented with the main property, never separately. All rooms on the Estate have there own central air conditioning system. Maids, cook, caretaker, gardener and bilingual property manager are included in the rental price. The property can also accommodate a small private wedding at an extra cost. Massage services available at the villa upon request.

The Villa is located in Bucerias on the bay of Banderas with miles of white sandy beaches in either direction of the property. The beach is extremely safe and clean. The village of Bucerias has many wonderful restaurants and gift shops all within walking distance from the Estate. There are also many leisure activities offered locally, such as, surfing, sport fishing, parasailing, jungle adventures, swimming with the dolphins and horseback riding. Bucerias is located between Puerto Vallarta and Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita, approximately 25 minutes to either destination.

Puerto Vallarta

Puerto Vallarta lies along Banderas Bay, the second largest bay in the Western Hemisphere. It is located 352 kilometers (219 miles) from Guadalajara, the state capital of Jalisco, and it is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range. The region has many forests, rivers and waterfalls, with an average temperature of 27Β°C (80Β°F).

Of its many attractions Playa Mismaloya, which gained fame from the film "The Night of the Iguana", is a popular celebrity hangout. The impressive rock formations of Los Arcos emerge from the bay's crystalline waters, which are great for diving and discovering incredible underwater mountains and steeps. The city hall has murals painted by Manuel Lepe, and the Malecon (sea wall) is adorned with romantic bronze sculptures. What’s more, the streets of downtown offer shops and galleries that sell local paintings and sculptures of local artists. The city, known for its top-notch services, also has golf courses, boutiques and a marina.

In Puerto Vallarta you can enjoy the exquisite regional cuisine of Jalisco, that so many people have come to love, and the terraces of open-air restaurants, where you can watch cruise ships roll in as you take in an incredible sunset.

Sport fishing is just one of many activities you can do during your stay in Puerto Vallarta. Each year, during the month of November, the International Sailfish Fishing Tournament takes place.   There is nowhere else in the Puerto Vallarta region we would rather have been. Villa Encanto is perfectly situated on the prettiest beach. It was wonderful to have a patio ON the beach where we could relax comfortably and not have to lug the chairs, towels, toys onto the beach. We could sit, toes in the sand, and watch the kids play in the waves. Perfect!

  Jennifer\'s assistance with booking was very friendly, and extremely responsive. Marilu\'s work in Guest Services was knowledgeable and detailed. The entire process was flawless, including the arrangement of activities, provisions, and menus.\n\nThe villa staff is the best part ? attentive and extremely hard working, making us feel completely at home and pampered. Maria\'s cooking is absolutely wonderful. And Greg had everything perfectly coordinated and supplied. I really can\'t say enough about the magic that the house staff performs.\n\nThe villa itself is magnificent ? gorgeous private grounds with lush gardens, a big pool, and a patio that sits directly on a really nice beach. It\'s such an excellent vantage point for the beach, that there\'s no reason to step off the compound, except to swim in the ocean.\n\nThe entire experience is absolutely unforgettable. I believe that the only reason this villa is ever available for booking is that larger groups are more difficult to commit.
