My husband and I stayed in the upstairs condo for 4 weeks and did not want to leave! The location in Bucerias is perfect - close to the beach, the centre of town, buses and taxis, restaurants, Mega and other stores and yet very peaceful and quiet. From the top floor you have a beautiful view of the greenery, iguanas and ocean a block away.
The condo rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had most of the basics and the barbeque was great. The maids kept the condo clean and Luis took great care of the pool and outside area. Whenever minor things needed fixing or we needed something, Maria and her staff were very accommodating.
The pool area was clean, comfortable and very beautiful. The pictures tell the story! -

We stayed at this property for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it ! The location is excellent and the unit itself is very well equiped. The large lot and private pool offered us a quiet retreat , the other unit had no children staying and were hardly ever at home!
The beach is a short stroll away as are several dining options. Downtown Bucerias is also within walking distance down a shop- lined street or the beach if you prefer.
Housekeeping was excellent and the couple of minor problems were dealt with quickly as the manager is just up the street.
Small grocery stores are within a few blocks and the mega store is only a short bus ride away.
All in all , a great spot !
