Park Studio is composed of a spacious area with a queen size bed and a sofa bed (1.20 x 2.00), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

In the kitchen you will find all the equipment you need to prepare a quick breakfast or dinner: refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware.

Although located in the center of Bucharest, the area is quiet.
Metro Station (University Square) is located at just two minutes walking from the house. The bus station is right in front of your building and a taxi station is really close, so you can easy access transport anytime you need. We are sure that you will enjoy your stay in our studio. The office of the company is in the area - in case of any problem, we will solve it (website hidden) - in the same building we have another studio located on the 14th floor (great view) and a two bedrooms apartment. So if you’re planning to visit Bucharest with your friends or with your parents is a good idea to book them both. Tower Studio and Panoramic Apartment are also listed on airbnb.com.

First of all i have to say that i also live in the same area. And also my small office is in this area. So i love it. You have everything at walking distance : park, ice rink (during the winter), a beautiful lake (during the summer), supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop, bakery even a very old church (from 1720)....
During the summer the Bucharest City Tour Bust station is located at just 3 minutes walking - In front of Kretulescu Church in Calea Victoriei
You will permanently found taxis in the area (taxi is cheap way to travel in Bucharest). There are several buses which have a station near by. Also the subway station is located at about 6-7 minutes walking. In front of the building you can found free (and safe) parking spots.
From the airport you can use public transport - bus 783. This goes to the city center and it has stops in the main squares. The ticket cost is 3,5 ron/one way - and you have to buy at list a card with 2 trips (7,00 ron). You go down at Romana or University Square and from there you can found your way to the apartment (about 10 minutes walking).
You can also use taxi - there are few yellow displays on the right side - you can use them to order one. After you get the confirmation note from the machine go outside and look for the company and car number that you ordered. Show to the driver the apartment address. The trip should cost around 50 ron.
You can also use our shuttle offer - 25 euro/one way or 45 euro/round trip. It is a private shuttle done with premium cars : Audi, Jeep, Mercedes....
