Conveniently located 35 minutes west of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and less than a mile off of I-10 and Watson in the newer "Sundance" development.
Super Walmart, Fry's, Walgreens and numerous other shops and restaurants are within 1/2 mile.
There are 11 golf courses ranging from 3 blks to 25 minute car ride including the award winning Raven at Verrado which gives guests in my home preferred rates.
My home is also located on an over-sized lot at the back of the subdivision with no house directly behind it for added privacy.

Great home away from home ! one of the best homes we've rented in the many years of our family vacations. Well priced and furnished. Good quality cookware, dishes, towels, linens, bed room furniture , and all easily signed for a perfect stay to make our vacation truely a great vacation. An extra advantage is an easy spa/pool remote control feature that many homes in FL and Ca do not seem to invest in for their renters. You'll enjoyed renting from Loretta and she went above and beyond for an extra family need we have. Don't delay renting the Hatchwell's home because we want to move in permanently ! thank you Loretta

A group of 12 of us guys head out to Phoenix every February for a golf trip. The last two years we have rented this house and will continue to rent in the years to come. The house has all the amenities and is very near to many nice golf courses. After a long day of golfing it is very nice to come to a house with a lot of room and a pool and spa to relax in. It's also very convenient because the house has all the supplies necessary to cook a nice dinner including a gas grill. Prior to booking we requested from the owner if there was an oil fryer in the house. There wasn't but she assured us there would be no problem in supplying one and sure enough it was there as requested. Working with the owner to set up the travel is very hassle free and is nothing less than easy. She makes sure you have all your questions answered and provides you with plenty of information about the surrounding area to help make your stay easier. I'd also like to point out that we had a minor problem with the pool the first night we were out and within 30 minutes of contacting the pool guy, he was there and fixed the problem. The little things make for enjoyable experiences to know that you can leave home and go to a new home and not miss a beat. This is a Great House with a Great Owner who will make sure she does everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We had the pleasure of staying at the "Hopi House" as we affectionately call it, back in January of 2003 when we rented it for our anniversary party.
We had guests flying in and driving in from out of town, and the location made it perfect for both! We were close enough to the airport to do quick pick ups of folks, and our friends from Southern California had an easy off the 10 on their way in as well.
We loved the spaciousness, layout, and comfort of the "Hopi House." We've rented homes before for vacations and such, and have always needed to bring half our kitchen along with us in order "feel at home." Now so with this home! Everything from wine glasses, good knives, tons of kitchen gadgets, and great cookware filled the kitchen!
As far as the spaciousness is concerned...Wow! The master bedroom is a resort in itself, not to mention all the room throughout the house! We had our capacity of people, and there was never an issue with sleeping arrangements or restrooms being full. It worked out quite well! Oh, and the linens, towels, and decor were wonderful quality and in good taste, too!
The pool, the pool table, the big screen t.v., and room to lounge, definitely made it a nice "home away from home."
We've been back on weekend excursions as well on the "slow season," and it's always a pleasure doing business with the owner. She is very accommodating and bends over backwards to make your stay the best! :O)
