This detached cottage is located in the hamlet of Brockhampton, close to Buckland Newton village in West Dorset and sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Brockhampton Gate is a detached cottage located in the hamlet of Brockhampton, close to Buckland Newton village in West Dorset. The cottage sleeps ten people in five first floor bedrooms - two king-size doubles, one with en-suite and three twins, one with basin and WC. There is also a first floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC and a ground floor basin and WC. The living accommodation on the ground floor comprises a fitted kitchen with dining area, utility room, sitting room with op...en fire and a snug. Outside is a large lawned garden, along with ample off road parking. With picturesque walks to be enjoyed, the towns of Dorchester and Sherborne to explore and the Jurassic Coast to discover, Brockhampton Gate makes a great base for a relaxing cottage holiday in Dorset.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
