This brand new and contemporary decorated penthouse studio apartment is located on the top floor of a 7 storey building (with elevator) in Buda's green 11th district, just next to the charming Feneketlen to (Bottomless Lake). The vacation apartment consists of one large room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area which serves as a bedroom as well. There is a seperate bathroom with a bathtub.

Really gorgeous studio apartment, everything we needed was supplied. The large terrace was fab for sunny breakfasts and cool evening lounging. Only 3 tram stops from the Gellert Spa so very handy to get around. Also the art cafe right next door was really lovely! Great communication with the owners and hip homes hungary, I would highly recommend it.

Great freedom to cook, enjoy the weather on rooftop garden with wifi.
Not the most central location, but no problem if you like to walk.

We found the Design Studio to be well equipped. Fast internet and fantastic kitchen. For a studio it was very well set out and we found there was plenty of room for the two of us and our adult son. Having a terrace added to the feeling of space. Close to all tram lines and in a good neighbourhood close to markets and shopping centre. Dorka was wonderful and made us feel at home. Overall exceeded our expectations and we had a great visit to Budapest as a result.

I stayed in studio 11 at the end of august for 5 days. I travel a lot, but always live in hotels. for me it was my first experience to stay at apartment. Studio 11 is a perfect place to stay for couples and for small families. wonderful terrace with barbecue, good view (especially the sunsets), candles, even the collection of music (Billy Holiday, Barry White...) was good. The grocery is 5 minutes from Studio 11, where you can buy everything that you need. This flat situated not in the center, but it will take you 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by taxi to get there. Also you can use tram (station is 2 minutes from Studio)

Studio 11
I loved staying in this penthouse apartment with its wonderful roof terrace. Much better than any hotel. Very well designed with every thing you need. On the Buda side but with excellent transport links and within walking distance of a large shopping centre. Sorry I can't remember the name. Perhaps Dorka or Gerda can help? With the cafe downstairs and shops nearby it was a perfect home from home for my 2 week stay.
I look forward to booking studio 11 or perhaps another of Hip Homes apartments in Budapest. One of my most favourite cities in the world. -

We really enjoyed our stay in this renovated apartment in the heart of Buda district. Even if it`s not in the very centre of Budapest the public transport system works 24 hours a day so by tram or by bus you are in the centre in 10-12 minutes any time of the day. There are several bakeries and small groceries in the neighborhood and just next door there is a really pretty cafe. The studio is spacious and very tastefully furnished – we were very impressed with the layout, decor, light and privacy the apartment offer. I can imagine how lovely it would be to sip a cold drink or have a BBQ in the rooftop terrace at a summer night (in March it is a bit cold to stay outside for longer time in Central Europe but even then we had coffee out there in some sunny afternoons). We would definitely recommend staying at this lovely apartment. You won't be disappointed.

"Là, tout n'est qu'ordre et beauté/ Luxe, calme et volupté", said Baudlaire in Invitation au voyage.... So I repeat his words and invite couples whishing to spend romantic moments in a voyage to Budapest staying in Studio 11 penthouse. I have probably spent the most magical 4 days of my life together with my friend in this radiant and welcoming place. Definitely try a foam bath at candle light in the apartment's spacious bathroom and in Budapest do not miss the private bath opportunity in Gellert Spas.
