Five of us stayed in this apartment on a long summer weekend, and we highly recommend this apartment for comfort, ease, and convenience. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer and use the apartment more since we were out and about in Budapest.
The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings. The internet and TV works well, and the kitchen is very modern (and quite usable I'm sure, but we barely used it). The rooms felt quite cool despite it being hot out. And the location was across the street directly from the Jewish synagogue and a 10-15 minutes walk to pretty much every major tourist site in Budapest (and 5 mins. to subway).
Peter was very nice and met us at the agreed upon place and showed us around the apartment.
Value: for western European standards it was outstanding, but Budapest is a cheaper place than I'm used to so it depends what you're used to. -

I booked this appartment for 2 weeks to spend a family vacation in Budapest and I paid 200 euros deposit. Once we arrived and wanted to check in, we were told that the appartment is not available for some fabricated plumbing problem and we were presented with a different appartment. Eventhough the replacement was acceptable, it did not have the same rental value and we renegotiated the price. We ended up in a place we did not want.
Then came the icing on the cake: these people only accept cash money. No credit cards, ... A considerable sum of my vacation cash was gone after the same thing happened with my car rental.
Be careful or you will be ripped of in Budapest.
Nice city but unfortunately not so nice people. -

The location is ecellent. Nearby transport (metro and tram) and restaurants. The only improvement would be a dishwasher but thats the only thing i can think of. We will come back next year!! -

I lived here with 1 other friend for 4 weeks in June 2011. The apartment is very new and large in a very nice building right in the center of Pest. It's close to Deak Ferenc Ter and the associated metro stop, as well as many great restaurants and bars. However, it is a quiet apartment.
Inside it is furnished with new, mostly Ikea, furniture. The appliances, such as the coffee machine, washer, etc. are all quite new. The two bedrooms are on separate sides of the apartment -- they do not share a wall. The master bedroom with one larger bed can comfortably sleep a couple, and the second bedroom with two twin beds can comfortably sleep 2 people. The two bathrooms both have showers and their is a third with just a toliet. The apartment is totally comfortable for 4 people, and you could add a 5th if you wanted to use the (huge) living room for sleeping.
The owner is timely, nice and available via e-mail. He speaks good English and has multiple units.
I had no trouble during my stay and would recommend this to anyone. It is a bit pricier than other places, but with the location, the building, and the apartment what they are you definitely get what you pay for. -

i have visited budapest several times , but i think if i have to go back i wont search other departement for stay... i allways had problem before but finally this appartement was on the quality that really made comfortable my last trip there.. i jsut can suggest it to anybody...
