I stayed in this modern furnished appartment during march 2011 while working in Budapest. The appartment is well taken care of. The fully equipped kitchen, weekly cleaning and perfect location right in the heart of Pest made it a perfect temporary home. Communication with the landlord was always easy.

The apartment is located perfect. Absolutely perfect. Best to reach all, you want to see in Budapest. Wonderful apartment, in really good condition. Everything is working, beds are good (sleeping room no really great but ok), bath is excellent, kithchen is propper an working (not too many equipment, but to tell you the truth, we didnt cook there, so what ...)
All in all we can really give the advice: take that!
Last but not least: Very friendly host! -

BaltimoreGreat Stay
Left on 12/14/2010 for a stay in December 2010
We spent over a month at the apartment during November and December and we had a great stay! We could not ask for a better location for our stay! The apartment is located close to the metro, all of the main attractions in the city center (Basilica, Parliament, the Danube), and Central European University. The apartment itself is lovely, large and very well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the required items. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Nürnberg, GermanyGreat location and nice and spacious apartment
Left on 11/20/2010 for a stay in November 2010
The apartment was located in a great location, about 2 blocks from St. Stephens and lots of restuarants. The apartment itself was in great shape and very spacious living room/kitchen area. We worked with Peter and was a great host. Any questions we had were answered very fast and he helped us out with some location around town to check out. I would defnitely stay at this apartment again.

GermanyGreat value for money! Would definetely return there
Left on 11/01/2010 for a stay in September 2010
Great location close to metro, restaurants, cafes, a parc and the basilique. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
Furniture and accessories were all intact and nicely matched, just as shown on the pictures on the web.
A shower door should be installed in October. Only downside was the cleaning lady that was supposed to come every week and came merely every 2 to 3 weeks.
Anyway, I´d highly recommend the apartment due to all the positive factors: great location, nicely refurnished apartment with high style factor, nice landlord. I felt quite at home in my 2 months stay. -

Perfect home base in Budapest with wonderful hosts
Our family of four, with two teenagers 14 & 16, stayed at the Elegant apartment for 4 nights in Sept 2010. We had a wonderful time in Budapest and the location of this apartment is very good, about 5 minutes walk from the Parlaiment. As others have said, there is a bar for breakfast and an awesome restaurant also right outside the apartment. The apartment is quite spacious and with very nice furnishings. Best of all are the host Peter, who really made sure that our visit to Budapest was the best it could be; they sent an information packet home to us well in advance, they helped us locate our daughters lost luggage, they made reservations at a museum, etc. Highly recommended! Thanks Peter -

LondonThe little things that make all the differance.
Left on 08/23/2010 for a stay in August 2010
I chose this apartment for its location, which was excellent for public transport, and a short distance from the river. It was pleasent, clean and spacious. It was just little things that niggled. Arriving on a hot and sticky Sunday evening, we had to leave immediately and find somewhere open to buy water and milk. It would not have cost much to have put these items in the fridge and they would have been much appreciated. The 'toiletries' consisted of a minute bar of soap and some sachets of shower gel, and two hard towels. A kettle and a fan would have been useful too.

PARISPerfect appartment, location, and helpful owner
Left on 08/12/2010 for a stay in August 2010
The appartment is located in one of these typical buildings of Pest, with a large central patio. It has been recently refurbished and is well equipped. Upon request, we were provided with a baby bed. The living room is so scenic that we called it our 'ballroom' ;o)
The location is great, next to St Stephen's cathedral and close to transportation (M3 next door, all 3 lines in Déak tér). Szupermarket is around the corner, and there are a varieties of restaurants and cafés in the district.
The owner Péter was helpful to give us some tips at our arrival and even over the phone during our stay in Budapest. -

BostonVery nice with few caveats
Left on 07/21/2010 for a stay in July 2010
The location is excellent, much of what Budapest has to offer is in easy walking distance. Szent Istvan Bazilika is one block away, so is the park Szabadsag ter and the arany Janos metro station..
The apartment is rather beautiful, on the first (not ground, 1 up) floor of an old building. The ceilings are about 4 m high and it has some nice pieces of antique furniture. A balcony looks onto a not busy street (moderate street noise in the morning from a few delivery trucks and such). Across from the balcony is an office building, but still we enjoyed sitting there. The layout of the apartment is not ideal as it has only 1 regular bedroom (with a window opening into the court yard). The other 3 beds are a sleeper sofa and a sleeper arm chair in the large living room (which has the balcony). The dining room/kitchen has no direct windows and gets day light through the large glass doors separating it from the living room.
Our host Peter was very helpful. There were some problems with the TV (which we would normally not turn on) that he took care of in time for the important soccer game. I am sure he would have brought us the coffee maker we missed, but since we stayed only for 2 days we did not ask. The internet connection was provided via USB stick not Wlan, which, of course, did not help my iPhone :-( but public hotspots can be found throughout the town. Comparing with the price we paid in Prague for a comparable apartment this was a very good value. -

Left on 07/01/2010 for a stay in June 2010
Having stayed in Budapest many times before, I know that the location of the apartment is very important. This apartment is located in the best spot, close to the 3 subway lines that will take you anywhere you'd want to go.
The apartment is very spacious and luxurious in its style, everything is top notch! It has a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony where I enjoyed my coffee in the morning.
The host is very friendly and always available to assist! -

London'Elegant simplicity, what you see is what you get

'
As described the 'elegant Budapest apartment 'is very convenient, centrally located 5 minutes from the super fast , efficient Budapest metro and 5 minutes in the other direction from beautiful St Steven's Basilica and the Danube,in a financial business part of the city area so although busy in the week very quiet at the weekend. It's also next to a lovely square and park with cafes ,restaurants and supermarket just minutes away
Peter is very friendly, welcoming ,informative, providing a tourist map, and arranging taxis to and from railway station/airport is a very helpful part of the service
The apartment itself is exactly like the pictures, elegant airy , spacious and cool, a nice contrast to the roasting heat outside. It's also very good to look at, well decorated with good quality furniture and fittings . It is comfortable and clean but in a simple way as quite minimalist in it's content. What you see in the pictures is virtually what you get, no extras. Just a few more of these would be helpful

The first nice event was the fact that Peter was expecting for us and give us the vist of the appartement in spanish (of course we are spanish and italian group).
then he spend some time to explain us all the informations that you can not find in any book, the good adress for the restaurant....
The appartement was realy confortable and clean. The design and aparment's ceiling is amazing! I love that building, back part of the courtyard there was a small garden with fountain. It was so pleasant that we feel at home.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet comfortable and hidden away in a beautiful, secure building. The living room has huge beautiful windows with a great balcony view to the street. The bathroom is beautiful, with a huge tub. The kitchen is great, with everything you could possible need. A unbeatable location, for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The gentleman who helped us check in and check out was so friendly, kind and helpful. He let us know he was only a phone call away, day or night. We honestly cannot think of one thing we would change about the apartment. We will definitely stay at this apartment any and every time we are in Budapest. Stay here! It will be one of the most memorable parts of your visit to the beautiful, welcoming city of Budapest.
