  What a Place!!!

  Rady apartments has 3 different apartments. All are located in the center of all activity. Wish I had more than 6 days5 nights. After learning the transportation system we purchased a 3 day pass. Forget all them tour buses hop off and then hop on within 24 hours. We spent 4 days 3 nights exploring the Buda side or Castle Run and the Pest side. The rooms are 1 block from the largest open air market in the city were you can get fresh supplies, or 200 meters from Raday street which is lined with Resturants. The best place we found was about 50 meters away across the street on Erkel (were ypur apartment is) and in the basement, was a resturaunt with all the Hungarain food you can eat and drink,beer,wine etc for three hour for a sum of 2690 Font(Huf) came out to 15 dollars with tip. There is 24 hour security in the building and you get a pass code to the electronic door. If you take a taxi from airport take Fotail were they print out a stub on the cost and hand it to you before you sit in the cab. There is a booth just outside. All the other are rip off artist, you even get a discount coupon for the ride back, but we found taking the Metro and a bus was just as easy and left us more funds to enjoy Budapest.
  The room was better than most of the hotels there, ther is a washing machine in the apartment we stayed in. It was on the second floor were all the windows opened up. If I ever go to budapest thats the way to go. Rent a condo, apartment etc. We found the best one for our needs.
