Casa Palmeira is a beautiful frontline golf villa overlooking the 12th fairway of the 18 hole Championship golf course at Parque da Floresta, near Budens, in the Western Algarve. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have air-conditioning, and 2 are en suite. The villa has been carefully redecorated and refurbished over the last 3 years and is a wonderful place in which to relax and enjoy Portugal's amazing climate and culture. Villa extremely well presented, clean and very useful welcome pack to save first day shopping.
Villa is excellently appointed with every amienity you would wish for. Swimming pool is great, and you feel you have had a swim, and garden is beautiful and well maintained.
Location great for golf, well stocked super market within easy reach and it feels like a little bit of paradise! and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here with family and teenage sons. Great villa with everything you need to make it home from home. The swimming pool is a good size and the villa has all amenities such as Internet access,books, Sky etc. The setting is very good and we hired a car and bikes to see the area which has lots to see and do. The boys played golf and went water boarding at the beach at Luz. We managed to go on a dolphin watching trip which is worth doing! We would book again!

We have just booked our fifth holiday at Casa Palmiera for next year. It is a really fabulous villa with great facilities for a family holiday. It is exceptionally well equipped and maintained plus it is well located to explore all the great beaches and small fishing villages in the area. We love it!!

We stayed here in March, during the last week of the "low season" rates. This house was a superb value. Great location, close to many restaurants, beaches, interesting small towns, etc. House was spacious and in great shape. The pool was warm. We had six adults and one small child and there was still lots of room in the home. We very much enjoyed staying in this lovely home and would consider staying here again. One note is that you will need a car if you are staying here.

Our family stayed here for our spring break and had a wonderful time. The house is fantastic, plenty of room for the 6 of us...clean, great pool, spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck, beautiful landscaping. We also visited lots of beaches while we were there...all of them were incredibly unique and gorgeous. We had great weather...high 60s-low 70s and sunshine. It was a magical trip!
