The Capannizza residence complex is directly located in front of the main access road to the famous 3 km long white sandy beach of Budoni. On the other hand it's less than 1 km from the center of the town of Budoni where all the necessary services are found such as the bank, caffes, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and more.

The residence offers one private individual villa with its own garden (700 square meter) with private car parking and pool. There are also 7 individual apartments ( whit 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom ) with residencial parking space, each with private garden and a shared pool.

Pets are not allowed.

Budoni is a seaside town on the north-eastern part of the island, situated between the town of San Teodoro to the north and Posada to the south. It's located on Sardinia's main road n.125 (Via Nazionale street) that follows the eastern coastline from Olbia to Cagliari. It includes 18 km of coastline that rise from the Tyrrenian Sea, offering Budoni's marvellous landscapes, sandy beaches and sorrounding rocky walls. The nearest beach is only 300 meters from the town. However, Budoni isn't only about the sea; the village is situated on a flat area, but the rest of the territory is prevalently hills and only slightly inhabited. There are plenty of folkloristic events linked to the life and the traditions of these small settlements surrounding Budoni.

  We've got a warm welcome by the owner of the villa. She gave us a lot of instructions and descriptions relevant to the house and the location. We got a handy number for possible questions during the vacations as well. The villa was very clean with a wonderfull privat garden, surrounded by blooming oleander. The beach is easy reachable by foot even if the children are 2 and 4 years old. For shopping or drinking coffee in Budoni's center you better rent a bicycle if you don't like to go by car.
