We offer a new house for rent on the north-eastern cost of Sardinia, 3 km from the sea, with a really nice country-and-sea view. There are two bedrooms (1 twin bedded and 1 double), living room with kitchen and microwave oven, sofa-bed and Tv sat, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Dishwasher and conditioned-air are not available. Car owned or hired is suggested to move around; parking is available.

Marco and his wife are very kind people. The house was very clean with all equipment needed. This is the perfect place if you're looking for relaxing and quiet vacation with everything around (you can find everything you want in Budoni, 3km from there, but you'll need a car). The view from the house is amazing and the only noise you can hear is sheep's bell. We highly recommend this place, thanks again for your hosting!

Nice to stay, a little far from center of the village, car is necessary, but everything ok, many nice beaches around, cheap vacation and quietness in Budoni walking in the evening with some events in mid summer; fair relationships with owners...

I spent one week in June in this apartment. It was very nice, clean and well-resourced. You need a car, because it´s a little distance to the city or beach. Although you have a great look from the nice terrace in front of the house over the city and the sea. I loved that it´s not directly in the center, because it´s very quiet, there are not much tourists and you´re in the nature. There are sheeps and cows as neighbours. I would definetely recommend this rental to friends and hope to visit sardinia and this rental again myself.

Very new, modern, clean place! We loved the whole atmosphere, the hospitality of the host, the breakfast/dinners on the veranda with nice view and surrounded by nature. We would highly recommend it to anyone. Easy to reach - although its outside the village. Lovely quite place. Owner was very helpful with everything concerning our holiday.
