This interior apartment is a very special retreat from the noises off... the street, yet offers lots of natural light in every room due to its location on a high floor… making it a perfect city hide-away!

The minute you open the front door, you step into a special space, the open layout of the kitchen and living room is a special find in Buenos Aires. The open kitchen offers a high breakfast bar for casual eating and entertaining, and you will also find a built-in dining nook for more formal seating. A wall of spectacular jewel colored windows line the entire length of the apartment, which filters in beautiful light without compromising your privacy. The beautiful warm wood cabinetry coupled with granite counters and combined with contemporary lighting makes this apartment a delight.

Kitchen and bathrooms feature a combination of ceramic and glass mosaic tiles, and custom furnishings and details can be found throughout the apartment. The spacious master bedroom offers a bathroom en-suite, with the shower room/toilet separated from the sink-vanity area for maximum living comfort. The bedroom has two large separate closets ideal for couples, or if traveling with a third guest.

The spacious living room has a sofa bed for an extra guest. There is a toilette off the kitchen and living room.

  Casa Suipacha is a quiet, well-furnished apartment with plenty of space for two people, close to the Teatro Colon, buses on Santa Fe, fine restaurants. We had been told to take a cab to and from the Colon after our 8:30 p.m. opera to avoid mugging, but we walked there and back (after midnight) with no incident. AptsBa provided an electric outlet adapter promptly (our only request). Lucas Esmerado was an excellent concierge, though we didn't have to call on him for anything more than late check-out. What did we like least? We missed having a dishwasher (I thought it had been listed as an amenity). But the fantastic clothes washer-dryer more than made up for that. More staples should have been provided: toilet paper, paper towels (since there are no dishcloths). Carlos is a great portero, very helpful. Building residents very friendly and willing to give advice. What we liked best was the location.

  I had a most enjoyable stay at this apartment in Buenos Aires. The whole process was smooth, seamless and effortless on my part. Your team thought about everything and made me feel right at home. There a couple of other people from my company that used a different company to rent an apartment and they were envious of me because I had everything I needed. From the cell phone to the apartment guide thought told me how to use and everything in the apartment. One of my colleagues waited 30 minutes outside of her apartment in the pouring rain trying to hail a taxi, I asked her why should did not just call a taxi she said did not know how to speak Spanish and did not know how to order a taxi. I told at my apartment this was covered in the guide in my apartment exactly what to do and how to say it. You guys thought of everything.
