We've been to Bs as five times and really enjoyed this last time, in Feb-March 2013, not least because of this apartment. It is very comfortable, in one of the best possible locations (near Recoleta cemetary) and with every amenity -- cable, music, balcony, building security, and Michael has done just what he says he has tried to do --- make the apartment suitable for those used to 4 star hotels. A great place with an incredibly responsive and honest landlord.

My wife and I stayed in Micahel's recoleta apt in late Feb. and first half of March. We've traveled alot in Bs. As. and this was one of the best places we've stayed. The location is ideal, a block from recoleta cemetery, the apartment is very attactive (with a 20 foot ceiling in the living room), and Mike is the most responsive landlord we've ever had. Mike has done what he says on the site...created an apartment that is up to the standards of the best hotels, with every amenity -- cable, music, wifi, desk, very comfortable bed and furniture. Highly recommended.

Great Location in Recoleta for seeing Buenos aires. Apartment very comfortable for a romantic anniversary get-away. Nice Kitchen and Bathrooms, Comfortable King Bed, great setup with TVs, phones, and Hi-speed internet. And most importantly, Mike and his staff were especially responsive and helpful in getting things resolved when we had a misconnect at the airport pickup.

We stayed for 12 days and it was a wonderful experience...starting with the efficient airport pickup arranged by Mike and Erika. The apt is just what you see in the pix, very upscale and clean. We loved the dimmers on all the lights and the amazing chandalier. I forgot about the jacuzzi in the master bath and it was a blessing after a long plane trip and walkin the streets of Ba every day. Bed very comfortable. The apt instructions were very complete on use of equipment, etc. The location is great...between all the major areas (San Telmo to Palermo), with buses that go everywhere. Only 2 blocks from a modern mall, a charming park across from the famous cemetery with good cafes (Cafe Victoria was best on food and service) and the Recoleta Cultural Center. There is a convenient supermarket, bakeries and an emanada store right on the block. The superintendent is also very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend it more!

Todo su equipo muy atentos, el Sr. Jaime el señor que nos recomendo Michael para el traslado al aeropuerto es super Puntual Y Buena Gente, sin lugar a dudas cuando regrese a a argentina Todo lo tramitare con Michael Koh. My husband and I had an excellent stay in our loft apartment in Ba. Mike and his team understand service and provided it very well. During the booking process, all questions were answered immediately and thorough information was provided.
After our warm welcome and apartment overview, we were given a lot of other helpful information about the city. The apartment was in a perfect location... central to all of the areas we wanted to visit. We also had a lot of space and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed finding our way around the neighborhood. There are a lot of grocery stores and restaurants steps away from the apartment and taxi's are everywhere. Also, the driver that Mike recommended was very reliable... I highly recommend him for airport transfers. (Not much English - but we managed to communicate).
If we travel to Ba again, I would want the exact same apartment. It was wonderful having a full kitchen, complimentary wifi, cable channels (in English) to catch up on world news, a large table for our maps and travel books, complimentary calls to america and room to stretch out. The apartment is in the back of the building, so you don't have as much street noise. You hear a little, but I can't imagine a place in Ba that is completely quiet! The apartment helped us enjoy our stay even more - many thank you's to Mike and his team for everything! -

We rented this apartment for two weeks on the advice of a friend. It was our first time in Ba. The apartment worked out great! It was comfortable and plenty big for our party. There were four of us, all family. There isn't a lot of privacy since it's an open floor plan but that was of no concern to us. But having a kitchen and an extra bathroom made it so much more convenient than a hotel. The building is high end on a good block.
The apartment is very centrally located in a nice neighborhood. We're big walkers, so this let us head out in many directions. It is very convenient to the buses, but it is about six blocks from the subway. Cabs are so inexpensive compared to what we're used to for another good option. Getting around was never an issue.
Mike has wonderful concierge services you can use if you want to. We had many comings and goings to various airports so we relied on them to take us and our luggage. Other services are available but we didn't need them ourselves. The internet worked without fail.
I would recommend this apartment and the service whole-heartedly. -

We just returned from Buenos aires and are basking in the memory of a truly wonderful family vacation and have Mike Koh and his associates to thank for that. It was indeed a pleasure to deal with Mike. He is honest, accommodating, and was very helpful since this was our first trip to Buenos aires. His associates in Buenos aires were also very helpful and it was nice to be picked up at the airport by someone who knew where they were going and spoke English. The apartment was perfect for our needs since our adult son joined us for a week and the sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable for him to sleep on. The apartment is nicely decorated and well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. It is very centrally located, so we were able to walk everywhere and the building has security so we felt very comfortable being there. The welcome guide provides detailed information to all of the questions you might have. The associates are able to provide transportation, arrange tours etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be highly recommend this apartment to anyone who plans a trip to Buenos aires.

Recoletta is nice safe area and pretty central to other areas. About 10 minute walk to the subway and taxis are very cheap and available. Very nice and clean apartment. The staff was very friendly, spoke good english and arranged our transportation to\from the airport. Would stay with them again.

We have been to South america many times but always previously stayed in a hotel. We are so glad we decided to try an apartment rental. It is so the way to go while traveling.
We have rented properties in Europe but never South america but the process was very easy. The company allowed us to pay with credit card and we didn't have to deal with cash like other companies.
The property was in an amazing location just blocks from all the major attractions. Extremely clean and the management staff was all professional and helpful.
We especially liked they had a concierge that helped us book restaurants.
Our teenager son stayed downstairs on the spacious futon that he said was very comfortable.
We would highly recommend this property and company. -

I stayed in Recoleta earlier this year with my family. I tried to book the same apartment as before but it was already booked so I booked this one. It was only a few buildings down.
I really enjoyed my staff. The apartment was modern and it was comfortable. I enjoyed having a TV upstairs in the bedroom as well as downstairs. The extra bathroom below was also handy.
This trip I had a car with me for work and it was convenient having a garage space in the building. I really enjoy Recoleta and this apartment is convenient.

Stayed at this location and found it perfect for our visit. It is one block from the world famous cemetery, some of the best restaurants, cinemas, museums, and the weekend craft market.
It is very safe and we could walk about late at night. The apt. is roomy and has plenty of window space for the day light. My son and I were very comfortable. While it is on a busy street - the apt doesn't face the street so it was very quiet. There are buses that can take you everywhere. The location was so ideal that we walked almost everywhere.
There are several grocery markets in the neighborhood as well as other services - pharmacy, cleaners, etc. Just a perfect location and a very comfortable place to stay.

Renting an apartment was the perfect way to experience Buenos aires - relaxing and independent of a hotel schedule. Modern conveniences including free wifi, electronics conversion were great. Apartments Ba were terrific - coordinating our transfer to and from the airport, providing a thorough (but quick) introduction to the apartment and it's amenities, friendly and efficient staff. The apartment is close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, and very close to Recoleta Cemetary, a must-see attraction in Ba. A 10 minute walk to the subway makes it easy to discover all of the city from this location, but we found ourselves walking almost everywhere from here - very central. It was a relaxing, easy holiday in large part due to our 'home away from home'.

This loft apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, which isn't always the case with vacation rentals. It was nice having a television both upstairs and downstairs and having the two bathrooms was also a nice feature. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and having wifi and the use of a mobile phone was a real bonus.
The location is very central to everything in BA. You are literally 2 blocks from Recoleta Cemetery and Santa Fe Ave. The metro is about a 15 min walk and you can walk to Calle Florida in about 20 minutes. However, taking taxis is easy and inexpensive and the Leather District and some of the shopping centres are quickly and cheaply accessible for $4-5.
We particularly liked the Rodi Restaurant around the corner. We ate there 3 times and would highly recommend it for food, service and price over the touristy restaurants near Recoleta Cemetery. Also, going to afternoon tea at the Alvear Hotel is not to be missed!
We were very impressed with ApartmentsBA. They were instantaneous in their responses to our emails, the Concierge service was terrific and everything from check in to check out went smoothly. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that we would get the apartment cleaned on a day of our choice during our (one week) stay. It was also reassuring to know, after a 14 hour flight, that we were being met by their taxi service at the airport and being taken directly to the apt. where someone would be waiting because the taxi driver called ahead and coordinated everything.
We would definitely stay at A28 or any of the other ApartmentBA rentals in the same building. -

During the past two years I have been traveling to Buenos Aires about every 6 to 8 weeks. Years before I used to stay in hotels. Since January of 2008, I found ApartmentsBA.com and have been renting their apartments since then.
The apartments are extremely well kept and in great locations . I was able to choose from a wide range of locations and some cases exquisite luxury if that is what you are looking for. I have stayed now in A28 several times (latest was October 2009) and it's my favorite.
One thing I would especially like to praise the most is all the staff from the initial contact to the checkout is extremely professional and friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to provide a superb Customer Service . I highly recommend anyone staying in BA to use ApartmentsBA services . Without any hesitation I keep using them in all my visits to BA.

Beautifully appointed apartment with great furnishings and an amazing light fixture. Close to everything, food, sights nitelife etc but was slightly taken aback that there was no over in the kitchen. Also due to the location was slightly noisy at 4am in the morning. But still value for money.

I was nervous about staying in an apartment instead of a hotel because it was my first trip to South America. But the rental company really made it easy for us. We found Apartmentsba in Lonely Planet and they were great.
Our rental was in the perfect location in the center of the city. We could easily walk almost everywhere. We never had a hard time flagging down a taxi and they were dirt cheap compared to New York.
The apartment had everything we needed. I went down with my friend and he stayed in the futon downstairs and he said it was very comfortable. My bed upstairs was really really comfortable. We both had a tv and dvd upstairs and downstairs with American stations.
We both used the wireless internet upstairs and downstairs with no problems and it was really fast!
The rental staff was always helpful. One day my friend had to fax something for work and the company told him to come into their office and they would fax it for him. Really great as it was just around the corner from our apartment.
All in all this was a great experience and it was cheap compared to most of the hotels we were going to stay in.
We are trying to come down again for Christmas and would definitely stay here again but we might try for a 2 bedroom apartment this time. -

I really enjoyed the loft style living. I live in a loft in San Francisco - so it was like being in a home away from home. This unit is in a very nice area. Close to stores, cinemas and restaurants. It was also convenient to the local bus lines.

I visit B.A. about once a year and have been renting apartments for my last 3 trips. This property is my favorite and I have stayed there twice. The location is ideal for people that want to stay in Recoleta. It is on block to the main shopping/eating area and 3 blocks to the cemetary and park.
The property has top notch amenities and is in a very quiet building. Head to head - there is no comparison between the space and quality of a property like this and the hotel options in the area (I stayed in 2 area hotels before discovering the apartment rental option). Then when you factor in price, its an easy decision.
I have done business with ApartmentsBA 3 times now and they have good properties all over the prime areas of the city. But I will rent this property on my next trip if its available. It has everything I like and need and is in the perfect location. In fact my last trip, I booked a different apartment for a couple days until this one opened up and then moved. I am a fan. -

The location of this property is excellent in Recoleta. My company uses Apartmentsba for our corporate travel to Buenos Aires and we have rented several in this same building.
The apartment is very comfortable. Internet is essential for our employees and the internet has always been glitch free in this building when we rent.
The company is always easy to deal with and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
There are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Very central location. -

Exceeded expectations. Great location for everything. Felt very safe coming and going after dark on foot. Roomy and bright, very spacious. Wonderful two story windows. Loved the long distance phone arrangement - what a great ammenity!!! Had everything we needed. Great guest services - organized a wonderful airport limo driver, and delightful city tour guide. Made very early arrival and very late check out easy and reasonably priced. A perfect "home base" for our week in BA - no hotel lobbies and hotel "fru-fru"!

The doorman was terrific and always helpful. The location was wonderful close to everything. We enjoyed our 2 month stay in Buenos Aires and this apartment was a big reason for that.
We loved everything from the design, style and enjoyed having a TV on both floors. I hope to return many times and would love to stay in this property again.
