This luxury apartment is located in an amazing area in Palermo and very close to neighbouring Recoleta. It is for someone who enjoys being in the city with access to several green areas – the Palermo Woods, Botanical Gardens, Japanese Gardens and many other parks - The apartment is very spacious with approx. 90 sq. meters (aprox. 970 sq. feet).

The apartment is in a beautiful French style building with plenty of charm and character. It is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, boutiques, parks, gyms, shopping malls, cinemas, bars and sport clubs.

The apartment has been fully remodelled and is fully furnished. It features a fully... equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a living room /dining room area. There is also a laundry room with washer /dryer. Each room has an individual air conditioning unit.

This property is perfect for a long stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few nights

  We rented this apartment for 2 weeks in March/April 2012 while I was attending a conference at La Rural. This apartment is conveniently located in Palermo and walking distance to La Rural. It is also very close to the Subway system's Green line so you can get anywhere in the city fairly quickly and cheaply. The apartment is right across the street from both the zoo and the botanical gardens and is near to the extensive parks in Palermo so if you like to run, this is a fantastic location. There is a Disco grocery store nearby that stocks everything.
  
  The apartment has everything you need including washer/dryer and kitchen with all the utensils. The only thing that didn't work well was the toaster, which sometimes worked. We asked for a replacement but it never came. The rooms were nicely laid out. It has two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. 4-5 people could easily be accommodated. The living room was comfortable but lacked a television. (Only the master bedroom had a TV). The closet for the Master is on a mezzanine above. It has plenty of storage space. A nice touch was the numerous Buenos aires travel books including a bus guide and restaurant notebook filled with reviews from other travellers.
  
  Free Wifi was extremely fast.
  
  Overall, a very nice apartment but a major drawback was that the apartment is on the ground floor of an older building so when the shutters were closed, it is very dark. We would open these during the day but for security reasons, it was advised for us to close them when out. Its very difficult to close these properly but after a few attempts, we got the hang of it.
  
  This is my second experience renting from apartmentsBa. The service is excellent. The apartments are as advertised. The booking and check-in/out process was easy. The deposit that was taken on booking was returned to my credit card a few days after checking out. Cleaning service came twice during our stay and they were thorough. One night there was a storm that knocked out our power. It was late when we got home and we couldn’t fix the problem at the fuse box so we left a message with apartmentsba and they sent someone over promptly in the morning.
  
  I would definitely rent from them again.
