We have rented apartments in Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Brazil and other places throughout the world. Your apartment was one of the nicest and best equipped as well as being by far the most professionally managed. The apartment was precisely as depicted on your web site -- which is not always the case.
The balcony and the view greatly enhanced our experience. The 24-hour security and the gym were also great additions. And your instruction booklet was extremely helpful. It is also an ideal location for the Palermo area.
Everyone at apartments Ba promptly responded to my e-mails. Mayra did an excellent job at check-in and check-out and both airport transfers went smoothly.
Thanks for a very enjoyable experience.

This apartment is wonderful. I spent two weeks here with my teenage daughter. Located in the heart of Palermo where you can spend days just wandering the lovely streets, eating at fine restaurants and shopping. It's on a quiet street with 24 hour security. The apartment is furnished with fine taste and the service is top notch. When making my reservation I always received responses immediately and they provide a concierge service to help with anything you need. The staff spoke English and everything was exactly as promised. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a comfortable, safe and fun place to stay in Buenos aires. And the views of the city are great!
Giving the long days in Buenos aires (you start your days early and then dinner isn't until 11pm) it is nice to have a comfortable apartment to spend time at in the hours before you head back out to dinner in tte evenings. I was surprised how much time we ended up just hanging around in the apartment, so we were thrilled that it was a lovely place to be.

My adult daughter and I chose this property because of the location and previous reviews. We were both very comfortable--one sleeping in the bedroom the other on the pull out LR sofa--& loved having the convenient kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit, and the balcony with its amazing city view. The staff at apartments Ba were extremely helpful and accommodating--arranging for our pick up at the airport, meeting us at the front door of the building, and giving us detailed orientation to the property and the neighborhood.

My husband and I were in Ba to celebrate our 25th anniversary and to visit our doughter who is there on a study abraod program. The location was around the corner from our daughter's homestay so it was perfect for us. Even without that, it was a great location - waling distance to the resturants and shops of Palermo in one direction and to the botanical gardens, zoo and major parks in the other. Easy to get taxis for wider journeys. The apartment itself is well laid out and has everything you could want. Access to a washer/dryer was great. The three phones (us based Voip, local and cellular) were a great convenience for calling home, calling our daughter and making local reservations. The concierge was wonderful. She arranged our airport transfers, made resaurant suggestions and reservations and booked a ferry for us. All in all, way better than a hotel for about the same price.

We spent Thanksgiving '09 in Buenos Aries and after much consideration opted for this apartment through ApartmentsBA.com. Everything about our experience was exceptional. The Apartments BA staff were very helpful, the apartment is beautful, the views (especially from the rooftop terrace) unbelievable and the location outstanding. Additionally, we used the AprtmentsBA concierge service for a tango show and Uraguay day trip and couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend ApartmentsBA for any visit to Buenos Aries.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was a bit smaller than I envisioned from the pics, but was very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment as well as ApartmentsBA. Their concierge service helped out with several questions we had during our stay. The location in Palermo was close to restaurants and the subway. I would recommend Don Julio's for lunch or dinner. We ate there several times and it's just a block away.

I stayed in this apartment last year and it was perfect. The apartment was fabulous and in a great location. Quiet, lots of light and well equipped with not just 1 LCD tv but 2! The building had security around the clock and it was a high end experience from start to finish.
Great service from ApartmentsBA and I would stay here again and recommended this apartment and company to many of my friends. -

From the 13th floor balcony of this apartment the neighborhoods of Buenos Aires beckon you to walk here, stroll there, have cafe here, and dinner there. The bedroom, too, looks out to this panoramic view - something wonderful to wake up to. It is current and maybe even expected to have a LCD or plasma tv, but this apartment has two. We appreciated the convenience, but we found ourselves so taken with seeing the sites the tv's were rarely used. The modern bathroom with the good fixtures, porcelain and tile was lovely. Though we rarely used the kitchen it was nicely appointed and found the washer/dryer combination to be easy to use. Would we stay here again - absolutely. If the apartment were not available, would we continue to use apartmentsba - of course!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment during our honeymoon. The weather in BA was not ideal during our visit, but having this great little apartment really made our week fantastic. ApartmentsBA was extremely reliable and professional from the very beginning. They were responsive to our needs and did everything that they said they would - on time and friendly. I know that people are always wary of leaving security deposits, but we took care of the place and got our whole deposit back at checkout (in cash).
The apartment is indeed in a fantastic neighborhood - so many boutique shops and great restaurants and bars. The apartment is nicely furnished and the pictures are accurate. The place is definitely cozy (the pictures must have been taken with a wide-angled lens), but it is just fine for two people (or perhaps four that are very comfortable with each other). Being able to cook our own meals, drink wine on the balcony, and just enjoy lazy time on the couch with a view was priceless. The security of the building is a really nice feature (the guards/doormen were friendly and seemed to be very present and trustworthy). We had a really nice experience overall and would recommend this place (and the rental company) to our friends and family. -

After a 23 hour trip to Buenos Aires, PS15 was a relief. The views were excellent; open and expansive. The apartment was comfortable with a great bed and amazing views from the bedroom as well (Big Windows!) It was also nice to have a balcony, although small. The 24 hour security was a comforting addition; all of the doormen were very friendly. It was also good to have this mini office space with internet access that was relatively quicker than other places we experienced in BA. The apartment was located just down the road from some excellent restaurants: Our favorite being Don Julio just 2 blocks to the right as you walk out your door. This was a warm and inviting little Parilla that had excellent food, delicious meats, the best chimmichurri, great provencal potatoes, lovely butternut squash & spinach souffle, and the best flan & tiramisu! Being a certified Chef and restaurant owner it was a pleasure to see a true community neighborhood restaurant. By the way, Oviedo restaurant is well worth experiencing for more elegant dining! It was our favorite in the city(have the passionfruit mousse with macerated citrus) The calamari a la plancha is incredible! Their lamb is extraordinary too! Lots of great fish options; they only serve fresh fish! That's enough about food!
The staff at Apartmentsba were truly accomodating and kind hearted. They are all lovely, attentive, and supportive. It was very easy to deal with them and they were very business-like and honest. This has a great deal to do with how Michael Koh runs his company. He cares a great deal about what he does and when going to a very foreign culture for the first time I cannot think of a better source of knowledge and service one could have than with Michael's company. Thank you for all your help with our vacation. We really had a lovely time because of you! -

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, having all the amenities of home - and much more! The IP phone and complimentary cell phone proved invaluable during our stay, and the location to all that Palermo has to offer is exceptional. Views from the terrace were spectacular, and the building itself quite impressive. Friendly employees of ApartmentsBA assisted in our check-in and check-out, as well as providing transportation to and from the airport (highly recommended!). Being in the hospitality industry here in Hawaii as well, I fully understand and appreciate the excellent service provided. We had a wonderful time--greatly enhanced by our experience with ApartmentsBA! The apartment was exactly as represented. The view was great, it was quiet and comfortable. We really appreciated the direct to US phone line in the apartment and the cell phone enabled us to stay in touch with our traveling companions. Our location in Palermo was good--easily accessible with restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff at ApartmentsBA arranged for airport pickup, advised us about day trips and helped with arrangements--all easily done by email. It was a great trip and we look forward to going back.

We loved our stay at this ultra modern apartment in the heart of Palermo Soho.
We had everything we needed to be relaxed and explore the city as well. Ideal
walking location from hip restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was helpful
but kept respectful distance as well, maid service was very nice as well. Overall
a great time and stay in Buenos Aires ! (and sooo affordable) -

We stayed in PS15 in April 2008 and loved the apartment, especially as it was exactly like the photos shown on the ApartmentsBA website. We chose the apartment due to its location in the heart of Palermo Viejo and most of the best restaurants and shops were within a very short walk. The building is brand new with a stylish entrance and double-height lobby and we loved the water feature outside. ApartmentsBA staff were excellent and we returned for two subsequent visits (staying in PS8 and PV4) and weren't disappointed!

All the experience was great. The apartment was in perfect condition with all the appliances working well. The cleaning service was super efficient. We rented two apartments for different periods of time and we had to left the apartment before starting our second rental period. There were no problems. They charge us only a fee and they returned us the whole deposit for that department. And all that within only two days of check in day.
The apartment was very nice and very comfortable. The only issue was that the bathing tube screen is small, so after you bath the bathroom ended up a mess. I will recommend this apartment to young people without kids. -

Prior to staying in Palermo, we spent five nights in another apartment in the Recoleta area. I would have to say that the Palermo area was definitely more lively. This apartment is just a few blocks from Plaza Serrano, which is surrounded by dozens of bars and restaurants. The great parilla La Cabrera is very close, as is the Antares brewpub. We spend a lot of time sitting in the various cafes around the square enjoying people watching, great pizza and cold beer. The weekend craft fair in the square was enjoyable as well. We also spent a lot of time on the balcony (the apartment is on the 13th floor), glasses of wine in hand, watching the sun set and the lights in the neighborhood appear as darkness set in. The apartment itself was very quiet, clean and well appointed. The kitchen, although somewhat small, was more than adequate. With a Disco grocery store just around the corner, everything we needed was right there, and we loaded up on fresh empanadas, cheeses and other snacks. They also had a very good assortment of local wines, beers and liquor (the Venezuelan rum was an unexpected find!). It was always nice to return after a long day of walking around the city to a comfortable ?home away from home? ? exactly why we chose to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel. The two flat screen televisions featured a good range of cable stations (CNN, FOX, BBC, and others) and the wireless internet was also appreciated. A final word about the BA staff ? they were great, very friendly and helpful. All in all, our experience with Apartments BA exceeded our expectations in every respect. When we head back to Buenos Aires ? and we?re already working on our next visit ? we know who to call!

In a nutshell: This is a crisp and clean modern condo with an
amazing view! Palermo Viejo is at your doorstep. In unit
washer/dryer permits ultra light carry-on travel.
We spent a week here in May 2008. We arrived in BA on an early
Sunday morning. We taxi'd to the San Telmo market, browsed
around and had lunch. The rep from the ApartmentsBA was waiting
for us when we arrived at the property at check in time. The
process was pretty easy. She walked us through the apartment and
made sure we were comfortable. We were given contact numbers
should we need anything.
The Subte (subway, 40 cents/trip) was about a 10 minute walk
away. A Disco supermarket was nearby. We purchased snacks and
drinks here for the fridge in the apartment. An internet cafe is
close as well.
We loved the modern furnishings of the unit as well as the overall
look of the tower in which the apartment is located. The roof top
terrace was amazing.
Palermo Viejo is a cozy neighborhood. It's gentrifying amongst
lower density, older buildings. It reminds me of "the Village" in
New York. Tons of hip locals & tourists milling about at night & on
the weekend. Next visit, we'd consider Alto Palermo as a location.
Very nice neighborhood but with more of a "real" local feeling.
For steak, we'd suggest Miranda in Palermo Hollywood as opposed
to the "full of Americans" La Cabrera in Palermo Viejo.
Sounds strange, but my favorite feature of the apartment was the
washer/dryer. We like to travel light. We both used a carry on for a
7 day stay. Each night as we went to bed, we'd throw the day's
clothes in the machine. They'd be clean & dry in AM.

Our apartment was located in a new, high rise building, complete with
pool and 24 hour security.
The apartment itself was comfortable, had a good bed, sound
plumbing and more modern gadgets (two flat screen tv's, cellphone,
disc player, etc.) than one would find in most hotel rooms.
Staff at ApartmentsBA were helpful and pleasant.
For us, however, the location, right in the heart of Palermo Soho, was
the greatest advantage. We were in Buenos Aires for a month, so
living in the precise area we wanted to be was great. For those
unfamiliar with BA, this neighbourhood is where you find the best
restaurants, cafes, and trendy shops.
The best accolade that we can provide for our experience is that when
we return to Buenos Aires, we will most likely rent through
ApartmentsBA. -

We loved our apartment from ApartmentsBA! The apartment is new
and clean and very convenient to the neighborhoods and public
transportation. Having pool access on the hotter days was wonderful
as well.
It's location was in the Palermo neighborhood which was really, in our
minds, the best neighborhood in BA. The restaurants and shopping
are unique to the city and quaint. You are in easy walking distance to
the underground metro. The "scene" is low key...hip...contemporary
throughout the neighborhood and lends well to all types of crowds.
We really can't wait until our next trip to BA!! -

Our family was thrilled with these accomodations. The apartment was bright, clean and very livable. We enjoyed the pool and especially loved the local neighborhood. Taxis are everywhere so it was easy getting to other areas as well. Kitchen was a big plus. And we felt totally safe. For a week's stay, this was ideal!

I would definitely recommend this apartment - ps15 that we rented from apartmentsba.com. They were very easy to work with.
My friend picked out the apartments to book for our trip and she scored points as we LOVED everything about her pick. The apartments looked exactly like the photos online. The building staff was always very nice with us - we speak spanglish. lol.
My friend was staying on the apartment below me on the 12th floor and I was on the 13th floor which were identical.
We are coming back next year and will definitely book these again. This area is definitely the best area to stay in.
The only minor issue is the drying machine doesn't work too well but other than that it was perfect! I highly recommend this property.
