Located in the Recoleta neighborhood—considered to be the most elegant and vibrant area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury apartment is just 2 blocks from Recoleta Village. The location of the apartment is one of the best in the city. There are many restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks in the area.

The interiors are both classy and elegant. It is very spacious with over 1,725 sq. feet (160 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to its location on a higher floor. It features a clean and contemporary décor. The apartment has its own private entryway off the elevator for maximum privacy and the el...evator can be locked to prevent access. There is also a service entrance in the kitchen for cleaning and food delivery staff.

The apartment has been completely renovated and is a 5 star property. It has a balcony with a tranquil view. All 3 bedrooms also have their own balconies. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this property.

This is one of the largest luxury apartments on the rental market in Buenos Aires. It has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third presents the option of either a King size or two twin beds. All mattresses are Four Seasons Presidential suite mattresses. There is a totally renovated master bathroom with marble throughout the bathroom. There are also full bathrooms near the bedrooms and business centre as well as an additional guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight and has also been completely renovated with high end materials including marble countertops. The kitchen is furnished with everything you would find in your home.

The business center has a custom designed desk, high-speed Internet access and also Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the apartment. The business center has its own full bathroom.

This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company owns or manages several apartments in the area if you are coming with family or friends and all want to stay in the same area.

This was one of the most expensive renovations in our company's history. The amount spent on renovating and furnishing this apartment alone is more than the cost to purchase some apartments here in Buenos Aires.

  Our extended family had the best time at this spacious apartment in an ideal location: Recoleta. Mayra and Lucia were available to assist in any way. When they heard we were planning to have a large group come for brunch, they brought in extra champayne flutes, dishes and cutlery. 3 bedrooms are in a separate 'wing'. Concierge services, maid service every week, grocery stores close by and fun things to do. The office off the kitchen has it's own powder room. There is another guest powder room off the living room area.
  Tip: go ahead and have them do your sheets and laundry - same price as if you take then down the block to have them done. They gave us a couple of cell phones to use (just buy a $5 card to activate), but we ended up using our web browser phones and Ipads to email and skype to connect with each other (including relatives who stayed at the Poetry Building - that's another great place). There is wifi all over that city.

  We were six adults and two children. More than enough room for everyone. Recoleta location was tops. Close to avenidas Santa Fe, Alvear, and Recoleta Cemetery. The apartment had plenty of sunshine, wonderful kitchen; great family area for sitting, eating and entertainment. Bathrooms were comfortable for all. Internet and telephone access were as advertised, and the TV had all the channels we could ever want. We were supplied with two mobile phones which they never told us about. Upon arrival, the agent provided us with a very helpful booklet which gave us telephone numbers for local radio taxis, restaurants, and food deliveries to the apartment. A great apartment to share with family!

  From the beginning, ApartmentBA staff were some of the most professional and effective of any similar company I have worked with. Prompt, efficient, detail orientated and most importantly, caring- they excel at making your trip note worthy. The apartment was excellent, as described. The location and amenities unsurpassed, exactly what we were looking for. When questions arose, weekday or weekend ApartmentBA staff were available to provide opinions and answers to questions about their city or property. Anything from how to see a tango show to how the blinds work in the apartment, they were available to provide assistance. We couldn't recommend them higher!!!!!!

  expansive luxury in the center of town

  This apartment is perfect for a large group of friends, and is brilliantly laid out so some people can be active and awake without disturbing anyone who feels like sleeping. It's very modern and well-furnished, and has all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, with the added benefit of being more personal and homely then one. The location is ideal, with many great restaurants and clubs just a short walk away, and connections to the various transit options also quite nearby. In short, if you're thinking about going to BA as a group of up to 3 couples, this is the place to stay!
