The apartment is walking distance from the main touristic sights. You´ll be just a few blocks away from the famous 9 de Julio Av., the widest in the world where the Obelisc was built. The Recoleta Park is also very near, surrounded by the most important museums which make this area very well known for its culture. And meters away from the apartment is the Alvear Av., focus of haute couture where worldwide famous brands... have their business.

Walking along the streets of the neighbourhood you´ll pass by antique buildings –samplea of the great XX century European architecture- which together with large parks and sophisticated restaurants, make Recoleta a really glamorous area. Even its cemetery is a well visited point where celebrities such as Evita Perón rest.

The Apartment:

Modern and discreet style, very comfortable and luminous. A pretty view can be enjoyed from the balcony.

The apartment accomodates up to four people. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a double couch in the living room. There is also a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is a separate room and is fully equipped, as well as the rest of the apartment.

The bathroom is complete, includes shower and bathtub. Both living room and bedroom have cold/hot air conditioning, which makes this apartment suitable for winter and summer.

  It was a very good time, nice place, nice person to receive us and to check-out.
  The sofa/bed in living room needs repair its not so comfortable, and the toilet sink also needs repair, there was always water inside it.
  But the apartment was very good for us, it was a pleasure to be there.
