I was looking forward to my new adventure in Buenos aires, but was stressed about finding a nice place to hang my hat. Mikes place did the trick and was everything as I saw it on the website. He was good and in detail to my insecurities of all the scams out there and backed up everything with his credentials and references, making the painful process to make a stress free vacation painless. I look forward to going again to the amazing city and adventuring in another one of his amazing properties. Thanks Mike!!!

Mike's properties are not only clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful, they are in the perfect location close to the subway, great restaurants and shopping. More importantly, my property rental experience was accompanied by superior communication and concierge service.
As a woman traveling alone to Buenos aires for the first time, I found the concierge services to be invaluable. The services (including airport transportation and currency exchange at a very competitive rate) eliminated my biggest concerns about the unknown.
I researched exchange rates independently through Travelex, my us bank, and the banks at EZE airport. The concierge exchange rate was by far the best. Mike and his team are very responsive and helpful; they provided answers to issues before I realized I would have a question. The Welcome Guide (received upon booking and prior to travel) is a great resource!

For those who are spending a few days in Buenos aires and want to feel at home, I highly recommend MikesBaapartments. The apartment was very well located and included all the essential amenities - a huge plus to enjoy the daily spectacular sunsets on the balcony with a glass of wine and some great food from the amazing restaurants and shops in the area.
Mike and his team were amazingly responsive from the beginning, particularly for someone like myself who was traveling to Buenos aires for the first time. He provided extensive details on the apartment, but also the area, which helped immensely in settling in quickly.
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! -

This is our second time renting from MikesBaapartments and we could not be more pleased. Uno22 was fantastic. I don't know how this is possible, but the apartment was better than it even looked in the website photos, and they were awesome on their own. The apartment's view was unbelievable. We never got tired of sitting on the balcony, photographing the view, night or day. The studio apartment was super comfy and stylish. We loved the bed. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could think of, down to a hand-cranked generator flashlight just in case there was a power outage in the building, which there never was. The bathroom is big and very well appointed. Everyone that walks in the door of this apartment immediately says "Wow.". It's stunningly decorated and so modern and cool. My boyfriend and I decided we could easily live there forever. Also, the service we received at check in and check out was easy peasey. Facundo (our host) was so professional and personable. He actually waited at the apartment for us really late because of the delays at immigration.
This company is fantastic and completely trustworthy. They have the nicest properties in Ba and I recommend MikesBaapartments 1000%. Loved it.

The apartment itself is on the smaller side, but the incredible, panoramic view of the city more than makes up for it and it's beautifully decorated with a lot of amenities like high speed internet, apple tv, and there are even 2 local cell phones and a guidebook provided!
This was actually our first experience with a vacation apartment rental and I have to say that the whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. My wife and I were picked up from the airport and brought to the location where one of the managers, Diego, spent a decent amount of time making sure that we were comfortable with the features of the apt, as well as highlighting points of interest in the surrounding neighborhood.
Half way through our stay, we had problems operating the tv receiver late one evening, so my wife called Diego expecting to leave a message- instead he answered the phone and actually stopped by within a few minutes to get us up and running again.
I highly recommend Mike and his crew and we look forward to staying at one of their properties again the next time we visit buenos aires.Response from MikesBAapartments - 11/08/2012

Everything was high end, spotless and lived up to the description online. What's impressive and so helpful are the extras at no charge, wifi and use of a cell phone, plus all the detalied information about the apartment, building, neighborhood, etc. This is a very professional and buttoned up company that also has a personal touch. I spent six weeks in this apartment in Buenos aires. Â Excellent apartment. Â The convenient location in a secure, closed territory makes you feel safe and this is important when you are alone in the city. On the twenty second floor the noise from the city is barely audible. Â The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a wonderfully comfortable bed. Â The sports club on the thirty third floor has great views of all of buenos aires. Â A big thanks to Michael for his great relations with clients and the excellent service. Â Thanks to Diego for all of his help. Â I will definitely recommend your apartment and stay there on my next visit. Â

The condo is well appointed and comfortable. It's located in Palermo Soho. An easy walk to the great bars and restaurants in Palermo Virgo and Palermo Hollywood. Just far enough away to burn off some of the excellent steak and fine Malbec wine.
Also, the building sports a gym, swimming pool and laundry room. Everything you need.

diego met me at the apartment and i was late, but he waited The location was terrific. Easy 5 minute walk to bus or subte. Apt was clean with a nice view. The 31st fl gym was high quality with an unbelievable view. Great pool with interesting people. Diego gave me a late check out and then refunded my deposit. High end with terrific location

We'd like to recommend this property and Mike's services. I stayed here with my girlfriend last March and we had an amazing week in the city of Buenos aires. First of all, everything that was showed to us in the pictures, previous to our arrival, was exactly as we got it in the apartment (something that not always happens). Also the amenities in the building were outstanding and made our stay better. The view from the flat is breathtaking, and it has from a washing machine with drying rack, till iron board with all the necessary for a long stay. The mattress was super comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. We can't thank enough to Mike and his team for the excellent service and the beautiful property that we had the chance to enjoy.

We stayed there for a week. A great location. Two blocks from the Zoo and large parks. 5 - 10 minute walk to wonderful resturants and bars, markets down the street and access to the subway nearby. Super view of the city and 24 security as a pool and gym. The aapartment is perfect for a couple and the coach is a bed in case you have kids. The kithchen is very modern. We plan on staying here again when we visit next year.

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it greatly, as it is so close to everything (Public transport, fancy Shops, Outlets and lots of good restaurants). Sitting on the balcony overlooking the city with a beatiful sunset was just fabulous, gym on top floor is nice (great view, good equipment). Only downside: Unfortunately the outdoor swimming pool (which was a main deciding point for us...) wasn't open for the season, which wasn't published on the website.

My family and I were staying in Bariloche and decided to go to Buenos Aires last minute. I contacted apartmentsba for a unit in the UNO building, it was a Sunday on a long weekend and we wanted to arrive the following day on Monday. I spoke directly with the owner of the company, he explained that the units were not ready and not cleaned but said that he would try to get a maid in last minute to clean 2 studios for us. We arrived the following day and everything was organized, apartmentsba did everything possible at the last minute to ensure the apartment was perfect for our stay. I've rented many apartments in Buenos Aires and this unit has by far the best views I've seen, at night the views across the city are breathtaking. My father loved the view so much that he preferred to stay in most nights and have dinner on the balcony to enjoy the incredible views. The apartment has been furnished with all top quality furniture, beds and bedding. Mood lighting has also been added. The location is perfect just 3 blocks from the Plaza Italia subte and only a few blocks from Plaza Serrano. Everything you would need is within walking distance. The building also has a gym on the top floor (31st), it must have the best views of any gym in Buenos Aires!! We had a memorable stay, I would definitely rent one of these apartments again, apartmentsba customer service is excellent, I highly recommend them!

My girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment for a week at the end of January. It was very very comfortable. It had an amazing view. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the apartment. After long days of sight seeing, it was nice to come back to this apartment.
We were very happy with the location. We walked to a lot of shops and restaurants in the nearby area. We also were able to easily walk to the subway station and get a quick ride to Plaza De Mayo.
The staff of apartmentsba.com were great. Very informative and professional. We were very happy with the whole experience!

My stay with Apartmentsba was beyond fantastic. DH and I rented this unit and the unit on the floor below it which were twins.
Our daughter stayed in the other unit. The apartment was perfect! The location so convenient for us with the subway station a block away. The staff at apartmentsba was so helpful with us. We don't speak Spanish and they helped us with restaurant reservations.
The apartment was so peaceful with no noise at all and the view was out of this world. Our daughter didn't want to leave. What we loved was being able to stay in the same building as our adult daughter.
We told ourselves we wouldn't work out on vacation but the gym was too good to pass up! Highly recommended vacation and property. -

I stayed here for a few nights in December and loved it. The location was perfect and we never had any problems flagging down a taxi no matter what time it was. We loved the view!
The apartment had the latest gadets and security was great. We also used the pool almost every day. The staff was great and we got our deposit back at the check out.
We loved the apartment and would come back again. -

We rented two separate units from Apartments BA in the same new building in Palermo. Fabulous location for the metro, restaurants, and sight seeing. Apartment 22F is just the right size for two. No extra room but everything you need is there including a small washing machine. Apartment 29A was a true delight; top floor views plus a cool urban chic feel. Both units offered lots of useful gadgets for travelers (printer, Wi-Fi, cell phones, Vonage, etc.). Future renters should find a completed gym, which was under construction during our visit.
Apartments BA (especially Mike) offered great service; very responsive to requests for information and advice.
Only negative: The building was under construction and on some days it sounded as if 20 jackhammers were breaking through the ceiling and walls.If you are out sightseeing, this is a minimal inconvenience but renters should inquire before being surprised.Response from MikesBAapartments - 01/04/2010

We stayed at this apartment for our honeymoon. We were very pleased with our experience with Apartmentsba. The apartment was exactly like the photos on their website and description. We even had a USA phone number that we used quite a bit. We don't know how it works but our family numbers called us on an American telephone number and it rang in our apartment!
The view was great. The apartment was very quiet and the staff was very friendly and professional. We paid for our entire stay with paypal and we got our damage deposit back by the time we arrived back home.
We already want to come back and would stay here again.

Just got back from Buenos Aires. I had the best time there and the weather was perfect. I rented this apartment and it was fantastic! The apartment and view were just like the photos on the website! I loved the area and it was convenient. Lots of great restaurants in the area.
ApartmentsBA was very helpful in planning the trip. They arranged a company to pick me up at the airport and were on time meeting me and when I checked out. I was floored when I saw the view from the apartment! It was the best view I've ever seen in my life.
Everything was thought out very well. I had everything I needed including adapters for my laptop, kitchen was fully equipped and I loved the Apple TV. I never heard of it before using it here. It was great listening to radio stations on the TV and listening to my music from my Itunes.
At night I'd sit out on the balcony and watch the view. The apartment was so quiet. The only negative was the gym wasn't ready yet but the company told me that ahead of time so I knew about it. All the security guards were always friendly. The area was very nice but I liked having security guards all the time.
I want to come back to BA and I will book this apartment again in a minute.
