Very good location and an affordable price, good value rental apartment/hotel.
The apartment is the same as shown in the pictures.
Babak is an excellent host and he gave me the tips for my travel in Buenos aires. Also he is well known in Bs as environment and things to do there also a good help in a case of emergency. He is always asking you if you need something or if everything is alright
Valuable location, safe neighborhood and good staff attention, just the internet was going a little slow, if you are going for business., i think this is something that can be fixed easily changing the router efficiency, but for entertainment , the internet speed is ok -

This apartment was awsome, clean, confortable, with everything you need for a short staying.
The location is excelent, just close to nice restaraunts, bars, supermarkets, just beside Don Julio, one of my favorite restaraunts in Palermo.

Nice quiet street, but still close to great restaurants, and nightlife. Everyone was super friendly and accomodating. The unit was great, a few minor glitches since we were the first to stay in this unit. More than just 2 forks, 2 plates, and 2 glasses would be nice, but would still definately recommend especially because of Babak attentiveness. Our flight was delayed 8 hours and Babak was still waitng for us with a bottle of wine. I couldn't believe it. Thanks!!
