This newly furbished 1 bedroom apartment has lots of light with hardwood flooring, a beautiful view of the garden area and pool. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. The kitchen is a fully equipped including a washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished with a king sized separable bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is located in the hart of Palermo and only 3 blocks from Santa Fe Av and the subway station. Lots of shops and restaurants all close by.

This nice appartment is located in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. With the metro only 4 minutes walk away and shops around the corner it was a great place to stay.
Appartment was clean, had even a wash machine and wifi that worked great.
Due to the location Palermo SoHo is on a walkable distance allowing us to have a view nice diners without even using a Cab.
The appartment has two floors so you do need to get your suitcase up the small stairs but then you have access to a nice area for hanging your clothes etc.
Overall, nice place we would stay again on our next visit. -

Very good service, the owner was always available and quick to respond, helpful with our questions. The home was good size, the outdoor space was a plus, especially in the middle of Recoleta. The building has no special amenities, no big deal for us given the price and location. Overall, highly recommended.
