This spacious, brand new, one bedroom, Luxury apartment has lots of natural light and hard wooden flooring. It is fully furnished with an open full kitchen next to the dinning area and the living room. The bedroom has a walking closet along with a queen sized bed. Both rooms have air conditioning with full access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped open to the living room. In the living room there is a large 32" LCD TV, a DVD with an audio system and a sofa bed for one with a guest toilet. The large terrace has a table and some chairs along with a private BBQ.

I have stayed twice in the same building similar apartments rented through apartments Che. The owner has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This included arranging both times for the Internet speed to be increased as I do a lot of video conferencing for my work. Apartments Che know Ba inside out so they can provide all the 'insider' knowledge for a fun and safe Ba experience.

We really loved the apartment on Pueyrredon. Everything was clean, everything worked, the layout was great and it was really comfortable. The rooftop pool is awesome.
Babek Zadeh, the agent, was really great to deal with and made the whole rental effortless. -

We had a potentially complicated arrival at the apartment. Our daughter was flying in at lunchtime from Santiago, Chile, while my wife and I would (hopefully) arrive from Europe mid-evening. Babak arranged for our daughter to be met and taken to the apartment so she could get to see Ba for a few hours before our much later arrival.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people but accommodates 3 easily. The balcony of the apartment, at the back of the building, does look out over some uninspiring backs of other buildings, but it's quiet - and you can BBQ if you want to. The kitchen has all the equipment you need; the shower works fine; the main bed is very comfortable (though the sofa bed for the 3rd person could do with a better mattress); the doormen are all very friendly. The apartment is certainly good value for money.
Recoleta is one of the most pleasant and secure areas of Ba - it's perfectly situated to allow you to see Ba - and you can unswervinglyy follow Babak's recommendations for restaurants and cafés ... as well as any other questions you may have to enable you to get the most out of this enormously enjoyable city. -

Internally, the one-bed apartment was good. kitchen well equipped. Quiet. However, the views were awful, there was noise from huge a/c units from building below. We had specifically asked for a balcony with evening sun and got one which got a little bit of morning sun. Balcony not very clean. Some of cupboards not clean. Babak, the owner, was very helpful. Very handy for supermarket and tube. We would not go back - there are better places than this.

We stayed at this apartment near Pueyrredon subway station, and had a terrific time! It was a wonderful location from which to explore the city. We were greeted at the airport by Babak, and he was very informative during the drive to the apartment. This location in Recoleta is superb...and you can walk to many places from there. The concierge gentlemen were also very friendly and knowledgeable. The building itself is quite modern, being nestled in an area with older buildings. The rooftop pool is an added bonus, especially on those hot days!

We had a great time in Ba, largely because we found a nice apartment in a great location from which we could explore the city. The owners of the apartment speak English and were punctual, accommodating and friendly.

This apartment was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 children - 8 and 6). The apartment is small but adequate and has 2 bathrooms. Very close to a grocery store and easy access to Recoleta cemetery subway etc. This building has a pool which was great. Babak managed everything great and we appreciate the service (airport pick-up, information about area). The only small issue was the shower curtain needed cleaning. Would use this company again.

Apartment is nice and very clean. It is in an excellent location: everything in 5 minutes walking distance, easy to get a cab and very safe area.
Apartment located in the back of the building so there is no street noise, big nice balcony with barbeque. Fantastic!
Apartment Che staff ( Babak) met us at the airport and took us straight to the apartment, helped us get oriented, where to get money, food, restaurants, best shopping places.
Check in /check out - fast, friendly, the best we ever had while renting.
We would definitely use apartment Che again and we will recommend it all of our friends. Irina-USa.

The location of this apartment in Recoleta is great. A large grocery store, park, pharmacies, cafes, boutiques, kiosks, and subte are closeby. 24 hr security with friendly daytime doorman an added bonus. Walls of this apartment are thin so early to bed, light sleepers beware. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, strong water pressure for hot showers, nice flat screen tv. Pictures are accurate. Be specific about what unit you are renting as this company rents more than one apt in this building. I rented the apt with the sofa bed to accommodate 3 guests as advertised above but instead was given an apt with only a couch. I had wanted my son who is studying in argentina to overnight with us an evening or two. He crashed on the couch instead. Apt rep was friendly and attentive.

We stayed in the Ultra Luxury Pueyrredon apartment for a week in February. The apartment Che staff met us at the airport and took us straight to the apartment. They helped us get oriented, showed us how to use the cell phone, where to get money, food, restaurants, etc. The apartment was lovely - perfect for 2. The pool was a welcome relief when it was hot out and a brisk wakeup when it was not!! Puerrydon is an excellent location - walkable or easy to get a cab. Loved it and would use apartmentChe again.

we really had a good time whilst staying in this apartment. no problems at all.we stayed in december 2009. it was really spacious all brand new. there is a private area with a barbeque which we found to really hit the spot! also we used the gym that was available.
the service was very good too.
really enjoyable and we wouldnt hesitate to go back there. -

The pictures alone would be enough to satisfy any traveler looking for a luxurious, comfortable, design-oriented apartment in Buenos Aires. Happy to say that the real apartment more than lived up to these recent photos. The signature feature that you can't see in any of the photos though is the amazing level of customer service we were given from the people at ApartmentsChe from the minute we were picked up at the airport to the day we left. With so many apartment rental companies now operating in BA (as we learned during our vacation), we felt lucky to have found one that actually understands the meaning of the word service and how to provide it.
The amazing location of the apartment in the heart of Recoleta was a bonus. -
