My husband, our 24-year-old daughter, and I spent 9 days here this past Christmas. We loved Buenos aires, and this apartment was perfect for us (and would be for a larger family, since it has 3 bedrooms).
The manager and owner were both great to deal with and very accommodating. Since the apartment was unoccupied, they let us check in early at no cost (our flight arrived at 8 a.m.) We had to leave at noon on departure day so it could be cleaned for the next guests, but we were able to store our luggage there until we left for our evening flight, which was a big deal.
The location is fantastic! A beautiful, safe area (a couple blocks from the Four Seasons and Park Hyatt Palacio hotels) within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the Recoleta Cemetery and other attractions. The apartment was quiet-the street wasn't overly busy, the unit was at the back of the building, and the other tenants weren't noisy. Cabs were plentiful and cheap. We discovered 2 Disco supermarkets in the area, each around six blocks away.
The apartment was very nice, in an older building but well maintained, with some cool art and other furnishings and a lot of storage and closet space. Most important to us is the fact we felt very comfortable relaxing there. The building has two small elevators, a good thing since the apartment is on the seventh floor. The apartment has three air conditioning units, one in the main area and the others in the two largest bedrooms, and the units kept it cool even when it was 97 and humid. The Internet never failed us and, as someone mentioned before, the hot water in the shower was hot. The kitchen isn't overly large, but had everything we needed. The apartment has two balconies--both are small and overlook the dome of the Patio Bullrich shopping center, which isn't the most beautiful view, but that also meant we had privacy.
We'd definitely stay there again!

Was a very roomy apartment for the 6 of us. Kitchen was well supplied, as we had our breakfast in every day. Within walking distance to Recoleta Cemetary, Colon Theatre, Parks, great restaurants. Local store a few doors away was great too. It was a safe area, never felt worried about walking at night. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Only issue was the hot water - usually you lack it, but here is was scalding in the shower, so be careful. I would highly recommend for family or good friends.

Our family includes 2 parents, boys ages 19 & 20, and daughter age 17. This apartment was ideally located - in the heart of the best restaurants & shops. We were able to walk north to Palmermo and south as far as the pink house and Florida ST. The apt was very efficient - bathroom set up was great for teens. Max, the manager, was very helpful getting us settled and available by phone for questions. The apt had everything (including lots of adapters for cameras and cell phones) that we needed!

Apartment was in a great location in the Recoleta distrct of Buenos aires right around the corner from the Bullrich shops. As a family of 5 with 3 small children, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment with proper beds for everyone. The uncertainty of renting through someone you don't know is always unsettling, but, Nadia was great to work with and very fair and responsive to any questions, concerns, etc. throughout the process. Amenites for the apartment were good with wifi, washer/dryer, tv, refrigerator, etc. We would very highly recommend to others.

This was a great apartment. Beds were comfortable, and the area was very quiet. It was centrally located to all of the other barrios. Great neighborhood that is very walkable to attractions in Recoleta. I highly recommend staying here. There were great restaurants and cafes nearby.
