Definitivamente voy a volver!!!

Schio, ItalyHidden Gem in the Centre of Buenos aires!!
Left on 08/03/2012 for a stay in June 2012
My family visited Buenos aires in June, and this wonderful apartment helped make our stay truly memorable!
Apart from being spacious and luxurious, it had a special charm which brought a smile to our faces when we arrived. We knew we'd made the right choice!
The apartment is in a great location in the city centre and the staff were friendly and helpful which made all the difference.
I would definitely recommend this to others. -

SwedenExcellent location, Great apartment!
Left on 05/30/2012 for a stay in March 2012
When we arrived in Buenos aires after a long flight, the apartment was a welcome surprise. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star luxury penthouse suite, but at a fraction of the price.
We had heard that Buenos aires can be a noisy city. However the apartment was quiet and tranquil, so we could escape the city bustle and sleep well at night.
The location was ideal, as everything was nearby. We especially liked the view of the argentinean Congreso from the kitchen window!
Thanks Leticia for all your help and advice. We hope to come back again soon!

Hoboken, New JerseyWonderful apartment in a great city!
Left on 10/15/2011 for a stay in October 2011
This apartment is a beautiful and comfortable home-away-from home. It is a spacious, elegant 3-bedroom apartment perfect for a family or a group. There were 6 in our group, and we couldn't have been happier. Leticia was extremely helpful and very prompt in offering suggestions and answering any questions we had.
The kitchen is amazing! It is beautiful and had everything we needed. It's fully stocked with wine glasses, wine key and cooking equipment. We cooked breakfast or lunch most of our stay. The apartment is on the second floor (3rd in american numbering), an easy walk upstairs or a very quick elevator ride. There is a great grocery/wine store, Disco, a couple of blocks away and a pastry shop next-door to the apt building. There a plenty of good parillas in the neighborhood as well.
The apartment is only a block away from the subte, buses run along the Plaza and it is only about a 15 min walk to the Casa Rosada: very well situated. The area is bustling government area during the day and quiet at night. The area is a little worn, but has beautiful architecture. Check out the Palacio Barolo a few blocks away: amazing! (This building and apartment is kept in immaculate condition.) The building has 24hr security. It is a great base for exploring Buenos aires.Response from Leticia Gaidon - 10/22/2011

San Diego, CaliforniaAmazing apartment rental in Buenos aires
Left on 07/30/2011 for a stay in July 2011
We rented this beautiful apartment from July 22-July 29, 2011. This was the first time I rented an apartment from a listing on Tripadvisor and I could not be more pleased. The apartment is located in Congreso...literally right across the street from the national Congress. It was a great centralized location. There is a subway stop only 1/2 a block away, so we could easily get around the amazing city of Buenos aires. The apartment is completely modernized and was a great value when contrasted with the cost of staying in a 5 star hotel, (which I felt the apartment equalled or exceeded). There is a great heladeria (ice-cream shop) called "Wimpy's" just a block and a half away...make sure to stop in there! The apartment owner was a great communicator, responding quickly to e-mails I sent in advance of the trip. She was also completely accessible while we were in Buenos aires. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

BrisbaneThe apartment was a highlight of our stay in Ba.
Left on 06/01/2011 for a stay in May 2011
I rented the apartment for myself, family and friends who travelled to Ba for my son's wedding. We decided to find an apartment that would give us an authentic Buenos aires experience rather than staying in a generic hotel. What a good decision.
The apartment was stylish, spacious, well-appointed and centrally located. We all enjoyed the shuttered balconies overlooking the Congress, the cosy sunroom, modern bathrooms, large kitchen and the bakery next door! We would also definitely recommend this apartment as a great value-for-money option. Six of us stayed here in luxury for well below the cost of similarly appointed hotels. Thanks Leticia for a wonderful stay.Response from Leticia Gaidon - 07/05/2011

Zürich, SwitzerlandWonderful place – Made our holiday!
Left on 02/25/2011 for a stay in December 2010
We stayed here during a short vacation in Buenos aires.
It was a great choice and we will definitely come back again.
I didn’t know Buenos aires before hand, however the apartment was ideally located in the centre of the city overlooking Congreso Plaza. The apartment had been renovated recently, so was in very good condition. It is well laid out with large open rooms. The bedrooms were very tranquil so we were able to get a good nights sleep, after a long flight. The rooms were all very comfortable thanks to the air conditioning.
The owners were very helpful with tips on places to visit around Buenos aires. Our flight over was delayed by 4 hours arriving in Buenos aires so we were concerned that nobody would be at the apartment to meet us. However the owner had checked our flight arrival time, so was still waiting for us when we finally arrived.
We can definitely recommend this apartment to other people. -

Okinawa, JapanBeautiful apartment in a great location
Left on 02/20/2011 for a stay in February 2011
Rented the apartment for our party of 6 people rather than getting a hotel and very glad that I did. The apartment is in a fantastic location very near a subway station and many sights and restaurants. The place is immaculate and features very modern fixtures and very comfortable beds. The building is a beautiful structure - I would be proud to live there! The owner is very helpful and will provide tips and recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Even better - her father is an expert on tango in Buenos aires (he has a radio show on the subject). He provided a recommendation on where to go to enjoy tango - this was very nice to have since there are hundreds of tango shows in Ba. I ran from the apartment every morning on wide tree-lined avenues which was another nice thing about the location.
Only downside: my wallet was pick pocketed in the Congreso subway station - of course this isn't the fault of the apartment! :) -

The apartment is located next to the argentinean Congreso, which turned out to be a great place to stay, as most places we wanted to go were near by. It's also a pretty glamorous location. It's not everyday you can say you stayed at the Congress!
The apartment was immaculately decorated and absolutely enormous! Far larger than any apartment I have seen in Europe! In total there were 6 of us staying, but we all had plenty of space.
It was lovely just taking it easy in the sunny conservatory.
The owners were really friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend this place as a great place to stay. -

Lovely apartment, Great location!
My wife and I stayed in this apartment during a short summer holiday in Argentina as a change from staying in hotels.
This turned out to be a good move. The apartment was to notch, like staying in a large suite at a 5 star hotel but at a fraction of the price!
I love historic buildings and this place had lots of character, such as the highest ceiling I have ever seen, the original hardwood doors, two balconies and two entrances. A main entrance and presumably an ex-servants entrance!
The apartment was cool and quiet, especially as Buenos Aires was quite hot and bustly at the time.
The downtown location in Congreso proved to be a great base for exploring the city mainly by foot, though we did take a few taxis which were relatively cheep and easy to flag down.
Hard to criticise really. A truly enjoy holiday.
