This bright and comfortable loft on the 8th floor enjoys outstanding views of the city from all of its rooms. Its highlight is the completely private terrace where you can have a perfect Argentine asado in the parrilla (BBQ grill). Excellent view day and night. Full sun all day.
The building complex has plenty of amenities: 24 hours security, outdoor swimming pool, laundry, gym and sauna. It is ideal for young couples.

The apartment is very well located, close to everything. It has a great living room with a 180° view. The balcony is big enough to welcome friends and you cook with the BBQ. There is a free access to gym, a swimming pool, etc. The people working downstairs are always available for any type of request ! Great time !

I was in Buenos aires for business and decided to use a vacation rental for the first time. I went with this place which is in Palermo Hollywood. He is a very nice family man. You do have to leave a deposit but you get it back. I went during off season and got a great deal. He arranged a driver to and from the airport. He even arranged a man to give me a tour. I got really great deals because I did price check. Sebastian a. did a great job touring me around. I loved the security guard, Fernando, he made my stay very comfortable even though I spoke very little Spanish and he spoke very little English. All and all it was a great trip. There is a made who comes once a week to clean the place. Even did my laundry (I paid here to do this since it was technically not included in the service). She was very nice, she is going to school to learn English and has grand children. Fabrice is a hottie. Am I suppose to say this. He is a family man (so sad). Great Place and I enjoyed myself. Word of warning: there winters is no joke. I got a good deal but within 12 days it went from a little breezy to bitingly cold.

Olsen (Scandinavian Food)
Romario Pizza (best Empanadas hands down...asked for picante chopped not ground beef)
Punto Pizza (one if not the only pizza place that has what americans know to be Pepperoni)
Casa Lopez for leather bag.
Avoid Prune for leather bags (do not return money, pay 200+ dollars for a bag with poor stitching and falls apart in 2 weeks)

I loved staying at Fabrice's Penthouse. It was an easy in and easy out kind of situation; no hassles at all. There is a lot of light throughout the penthouse, beautiful decorations, a wonderful terrace, and a very luxurious feel about staying there. It is located in Palermo - which is an awesome place - and is very, very safe. While in a very safe neighborhood, it is still close to Cordoba Street, which means you have easy access to transportation and we were able to go all over Ba with no difficulty.
I used the pool and the gym, I loved the weekly maid service, and I found Fabrice to be both courteous and welcoming.
I highly recommend this Penthouse and absolutely would stay again. -

Staying in Buenos aires in a Loft is as enchanting as it sounds.
The loft is in a nice, full facilities, apartment building. Place at the border of one of the most colorful, creative and trendy neighbourhood, you may be surprised by the richness of the city... few blocks away...
The apartment integrates everything you may need to feel at home. Great bed, warm and stylish decoration, sunny terrace, wide windows to enjoy the city... A truly great experience!
The only little (very little) downside is about the cooking equipment. The loft integrates the basics of a kitchen. You can manage your breakfast and basic meal just fine but do not plan any highly evolved cooking. For most it is not that important, for traveling chefs it may be more challenging...
We positively loved our stay in this apartment. For family reasons we will come back soon in buenos aires and we already put an option to this loft.Response from Fabrice - 10/17/2011

Fabrice has a beautiful, luxurious penthouse. the airport pick-up was perfectly arranged, the driver was a nice man, spoke Spanish, French & Italian.
The reception at the apartment was perfect. everything was well-explained.
The apartment is really huge for the price you pay and there a lot of space to feel at home.
I had a wonderful stay and would rent it again!

C'est un duplex très coquet qui offre des vues amples sur le nord de Palermo.
Il est proche de nombreux restaurants et bars.
En février il faisait chaud et nous avons profité au maximum du parc, de la piscine et du jacuzzi.
C'Âétait un bon endroit pour nous relaxer après les journées passées dans le centre empressé de Buenos aires. -

Un très bel appartement, bien placé, au cœur de Palermo Hollywood. La piscine est grande, le parc est vaste et agréable et nous étions presque les seuls à l'utiliser. L'appartement compte 3 très belles terrasses et un barbecue. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment. Nous vous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Sunny, great views, BBQ, the appartment is just beautiful and you feel home right from the first minute. Decoration is just lovely.
Not far away from city center (at walking distance from Subte), you are in one of the best area of Buenos aires.
A quiet and charming area which is just perfect to rest from the chaotic center of Ba.
Nearby you will find plenty of trendy bars, restaurants as well as lots of little furniture/clothes shops that characterize Palermo.. one of the best area in town to hang around.
My spouse and myself fell in love with Buenos aires, and this penthouse/area, has much to do with it! -

Both my wife and myself enjoyed very much this wonderful and cosy penthouse. It offered everything we needed: good space with distinct ambiances, very comfortable furnitures, TV and internet, and a magnificent view over Buenos aires and the condominium park with its swimming pool. And also good securithy and proximity to the various centers of interest. We felt better than at home and we shall come back

My boyfriend and I spent 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment. The views are amazing, it's quiet and very well furnished. We liked the location. It's right next to most restaurants in Palermo Hollywood but far from the busy/noisy Buenos aires areas. Fabrice did everything for us to enjoy our stay. Thanks Fabrice, I strongly recommend your place!!

I can't imagine what our stay in Buenos aires would have been if we wouldn't have chosen this apartment. Everything was just perfect: the area, the accommodation, the great views, the pool, the landlord...The apartment was decorated with taste and fresh flowers, and a bottle of argentinean champagne in our fridge was waiting to be opened. It's a very quiet place and it's a few blocks away from the best restaurants in town. I strongly recommend it

This place was a great place to visit. We were there for 45 days, and it provided all the needs we needed to make it a home while on a travel trip. The view was amazing, and the building is very safe.
