We just left this apartment after living there for 6 weeks with our two small children. We have only very positive things to say about the apartment and about the owner. The apartment has a great layout and feels very spacious. It is incredibly sunny and has beautiful views (gorgeous sunsets!). The building is well managed, very clean and safe. The gym and pool were great! The owner was incredibly accommodating, kind, friendly, and helpful. The neighborhood is great, with lots of activity yet not too loud. The train and subway into town are very close so in minutes you can be downtown. We stayed in numerous places during the time we traveled in argentina and this was by far the best apartment. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this apartment for one week during February 2011 with my extended family (5 people) for the wedding of my daughter in Buenos aires. We really enjoyed the place: Quiet neighborhood, 24 hour security (access control), super markets, cafe's and restaurants around the corner. Very convenient and accessible. The apartment was clean and well maintained. All equipment (aircons, Tv's, kitchen) in perfect working condition.
I can fully recommend this apartment for an extended stay in Buenos aires.

My family (4 adults and 2 toddlers) has stayed in this apartment two years in a row in October and both times it has been perfect. The apartment is spacious and extremely well laid out and well provisioned for a long stay. It is extremely clean, modern but very comforable and decorated beautifully so as to make you feel like you are truly on a luxurious vacation. On a high floor with views of the entire city and close to both the train and subway lines, it is located in a lovely section of Belgrano where you can truly enjoy the city. It is also close to everything you could possibly need in terms of groceries, restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee and shopping.

This apartment is beautifully decorated, ample space and amenities, and well located , albeit far from downtown. It's close to rail and subway lines for easy downtown access and there is a great playground two blocks away for families with children. There is lots of shopping within few blocks.
The apartment isbeautifully decorated and the views from the 18th floor are outstanding.
