The perfect pied a  terre for the discerning lonely traveler, a couple or 3 friends.

This is a large studio, 4 x 8 meters, very spacious.

It has a lot of natural light, and can be very bright, but the curtains are quite dark and provide a lot of protection from the strong morning sun.

Lots of storage in the floor to ceiling cupboard, paintings, books in Spanish, English and French and personal memorabilia lend a homey touch to the place. It has wall to wall wooden floors.

There is a balcony to the street with chairs and a table to sit in the evenings and enjoy and feel the pulse of the city that never sleeps.

Th...e antique dining table and chairs accommodate 4 comfortably, ideal for entertaining a few friends.

The predominance of red color details lends a very cozy and romantic feel to the place.

There is a complete dinner set, glasses, table linen, cutlery and everything needed to have a good meal with a nice drop of Argentinean wine.

The kitchenette is equipped with gas top and an electrical oven, very practical for roasting and baking. All basic cooking requirements are provided.

A new fridge, with a small freezer ( no need to store food when there are so many food stores all around, with delivery!) is cleverly hidden in the cupboard.

There is a stereo radio/CD player with Ipod docket, a TV set, cable television and WiFi internet.

The apartment has a brand new futon that turns into a double bed, and 2 single small beds, all with new bed linen, pillows, and mattresses.

The bathroom comes with a shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet, a vanity and mirror with cabinet provide storage space for toiletries, and has a very cheerful decoration with some hand-painted flowers. Towels are provided.

There is a Laundromat 2 blocks away, very reliable.

Cleaning:

The maid comes once a week to clean, change towels and sheets. If you need further services like personal laundry, you can make arrangements directly with maid .

The building is very secure and well kept and there is a concierge in site all the time. No pets allowed.

About the neighborhood:

The location is superb. The flat is in Barrio Norte, which is an interesting neighborhood, calm and safe. It is also filled with great shopping, sidewalk cafes and tempting restaurants. Fifty meters from Av Santa Fe and the Aguero subway station that takes you, in one direction, to Florida Street, and the other to the Zoo, one block from bus stops providing access to all other parts of the city. You are also just 4 blocks from Alto Palermo Shopping where you can buy everything you need. There are cinemas behind the mall, showing all the latest films in the most comfortable sits.

Book stores galore, including the famous El Ateneo, installed in the old and refurbished Teatro Grand Splendid, complete with coffee shop on what used to be the stage of this legendary theatre.

Taxis are very inexpensive in Buenos Aires, also abound and circulate 24 hs.

Additional Location Information

Alto Palermo is situated between Recoleta and Palermo, two of the best neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires.
Lots to do near by, the apartment is meters away from the Subte (underground) station Aguero.

  The Location: good area near main shops and supermarkets. Nightlife spots are also nearby and the neighborhood is safe and calm even late night.
  Buses and subway are few steps away.
  
  The apartment: nice and simple. You shouldn't expect something fancy but it a great solution for temp stay. Internet, TV and Ipod-compatible Hi-fi are included. Weekly cleaning service is also included! All in all the apt is a very good deal although certain aspects could be improved as the kitchen amenities and cooking accessories..but you really want to spend your time cooking in Ba?? ;-)
  
  The Service and the management: This is simply the best feature of this apartment! Mariana, the person who manages the apt is not only extremely professional and honest person but also a very nice person to deal with! She is nicely helpful and she tries to find the best solution in order to make your stay easy. If you any problem with the apt, she promptly finds the solution and fix it! (the tap was leaking, I call her and after 2 hours it was already fixed!). I am extremely distrustful with real estate people, but I have to say that Mariana is a great manager!
