Charming two-bedroom apartment in Recoleta, two blocks from Alto Palermo shopping mall, movies and traditional Santa Fe avenue, where our visitors will enjoy great restaurants, bars and stores. Located on a 4th floor overlooking Beruti street almost on the intersection of Sanchez de Bustamantes, great natural light and spacious. Recoleta / Barrio Norte: The apartment is special because of its location, convenience and access to transportation and services. It is within minutes of microcentro and Recoleta's most famous areas. There is a wonderful shopping mall 200 yards away, movie theaters, shops, bars and cafes. There are laundry services across the street (they will pick up and drop off for a minimum fee) dry cleaners 100 yards away, supermarket 200 yards away, cafes, bars, restaurants and kiosks within a block. A great bakery half block away. Take advantage of the sandwich and empanadas shop on the corner, they are great and as soon as you walk out of the building you will see a taxi available to take you anywhere.
Argentina: If possible, don't miss traveling to Patagonia; Peninsula Valdez to see whales, penguins, Orcas, sea lions and sea elephants. Bariloche or Ezquel to ski and see the magnificent Andes mountains, rivers, rivers and lakes. Fishing, white water rafting,

The apartment we rented for 1 month on Beruti and Bustamentes was in an excellent location. We had stores for all of our needs within a short walking distance, excellent bakeries, a great new super market, cleaners, very good takeout food stores and delis, etc. The Radio Taxi Premium gave us reliable service every day (5238 000); also taxis were plentiful within 2 blocks of the apartment (Bustamentes and Coronel Diaz).
Oscar, the door man, was a great help and gave us plenty of information and made sure the building was always clean throughout and also the front of the building.
Carlos, the owner, was always available to answer questions about the apartment via e-mail.

Great value and excellent location in Buenos aires. Alto Palermo Suburb is the best: Shopping, high level and tango.

Right after arrival we drove in our just rented car to the apartment located at the heart of the city, the Real State agent was already waiting for us at the door of the building to hand out the keys of the apartment. This 4th floor unit was impeccable clean and well maintained, all the amenities were in perfect working conditions, Tv's sets, Dvd's as well all the other gadgets. The superintendent welcomed us offering his help of any kind, he gave me a guided tour outside to show me that everything we needed were indeed located within striking distance, laundry facility across the street, Supermarket just around the corner, parking spaces a block away, and the Buenos aires most fashionable mall alto Palermo just 1 1/2 block away needless to say about the many eateries and Delicatessen's surrounding the two main arteries close to the Mall Santa Fe ave & Colonel Diaz. The overall experience was great! The location was superb, the service and so was the price!, which in comparison with the hotels rates in the 150's range. made our beautiful apartment the best for our money.

The apartment is very cozy and everything you need is right there. My wife didn't have any problems finding groceries stores, laundry facilities, hairdresser and of course the alto Palermo shopping Mall.
Parking is also nearby (one block away) and affordable.
We'll be back next year for sure!
