It is ready with Air Conditioner, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, phone with basic service and maid service once a week. The bed room is set with a queen size bed, walking closet and full bathroom in suite. In the living room there is a leather sofa-bed, carpet, insulating cement floors, and a rotating flat TV that can be watched from the bed-room as well as the living-room. Melina was my main contact person. She responded to my e-mails so consistently. I felt very comfortable with Grupo Zen. The apartment was clean. The building was safe. There's lots to see, and all within walking distance. It's in a very convenient location. Oh, and the couch was really comfortable!
