There's a feeling of spaciousness the minute you walk into this elegant apartment in downtown Buenos Aires, set in an historic, listed building. Delightful original features and high ceilings create a graceful ambiance with a view out to the oldest church in the city.
The large living room (superb for practising tango!), leads from the reception area into a cosy multi-media room. O apartamento é incrível, confortável, bem cuidado. A localização central é um diferencial, de lá saiamos para todos os pontos da cidade. Estação de metrô próxima e tx fácil. Foi uma experiência fantástica, curtimos a viagem como uma família portenha... As fotos mostram exatamente o que você irá encontrar. O prédio é um charme.A relação custo benefício é um ponto alto também.
Maggie é muito gentil, simpática, nos apoiou com informações, fez até um mapa com dicas de mercados e tudo mais, foi de uma correção extrema.Nos sentimos em casa...
Enfim fiquei encantada, feliz e com muiiita vontade de voltar !!!

Is the 3rd. time that I visited Buenos aires, and I had the excellent experience this time. All people (my husband, dad, mom, mother-in-law and me) had the same opinion: The apartment is amazing!!!
Is so much better than pictures that show here.
The place surprised me by the cleanliness and comfort of every room in the house. All equipments working perfectly.
Altough localizated at the center of the city, the apartment is very quiet.
Around there, has all infrastructure necessary: supermarkets, banks, drugstores, internet, very good restaurants and etc.
The public transportation at the region is very easy. In our group had 2 elderly that could move without no problems. We walked around there at the day and night. The region is very safe
Maggie is very helpful and solicitous. This helped to make our stay even be nicer than expected.
If I´ll return to Buenos aires with a big group of people, I´ll rent this apartment again. I loved! -

Myself, my husband and two other friends rented this great place. Beautiful high ceilings, well maintained, centrally located. It had everything that it promised. and for those of us who loves tango, a place to practice with mirros. Maggie was wonderful and helpful. I sure would go back and would strongly recommend to my friends.

Thank you for Moreno and Salta. The six of us had a very nice stay there. There were no disappointments upon arrival, everything fit the description. We appreciated the old style furniture, and best of all - the huge mirror! Just wonderful for practicing the tango. The central location of the apartment let us have the feel of the city and was at the same time very convenient, as we were able to enjoy the landmarks of Buenos aires on foot.
Maggie, the property's manager, was very helpful making our stay in Buenos aires even more pleasurable. We will certainly recommend this apartment to our friends.
