The apartment is well located in the Recoleta, one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It is completely renovated with high ceilings and spacious rooms. The apartment is very open with modern design elements and lots of light. It can accomodate 7 people with 4 bedrooms (including the dependencia), and two full baths, a half bath and the bath for the dependencia. The living room is very large. There is a dining room and breakfast room. The kitchen is unusually large as well. The apartment is air-conditioned with DSL computer access and cable television. It has wifi. It is available for short or long-term rentals.

Fue UNa EstadÍA FantÁStica, EL apartamento es MUY CÓModo Y Bien Equipado, ideal Para Grupos Grandes ( Nosotros Eramos 7 adultos). Todo MUY Limpio, LaS Camas DE Buena Calidad; lo QUE Permite UN Buen Descanso, LOS BaÑOS Bien Equipados, con CalefacciÓN central.
Su UbicaciÓN es MUY PRÁCtica, Permite Estar Cerca DE Lugares TURÍSticos con Buen Flujo DE taxi Y LocomociÓN. Queda a solo Unas Cuadras DE avda.9 DE Julio, A UNa Cuadra DE avda. Santa FE: Donde SE Encuentra la LibrerÍA ateneo Gran splendid.

Hicimos un viaje con amigos, un grupo grande; 3 Matrimonios mas 1 persona, por lo que necesitábamos un apartamento grande. Tiene 4 dormitorios, 2 matrimoniales, y 2 dobles individuales, muy bien equipados, la cocina espaciosa, 2 baños con ducha completa. Me lleve una grata sorpresa al alquilar este. El trato muy cordial, es totalmente diferente el hacer trato directo con los dueños que con las agencias.
Todo impecable, es muy cómodo, tiene buenas camas, así que el descanso esta asegurado. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del Patio Bullrich, Libreria ateneo Gran Splendid, la avenida 9 de Julio, restaurantes...etc.
Lo recomiendo de todas maneras...!!!

This apartment was spacious and very clean and was in a very nice neighborhood. It was a walk to the "central" part of town, but we did it easily every day. It was great to come back "home" to a comfortable apartment. The reservation process was easy and the apartment guide was invaluable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Buenos aires.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a trip to Buenos aires! Being city dwellers from the U.S.A., the apartment was much larger than we had anticipated and accommodated 7 adults comfortably. We loved being able to sip mate and Malbec out on the balcony overlooking the relatively quiet and quaint city street. The apartment was close to city sights, restaurants, bars/clubs, market (Sat-Mon near the cemetary), and the Subte, which were all within about a 10-15 minute walk. The owners were extremely pleasant, accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with (Susi's fluent English played a large part!) from the time I first contacted them through the end of our stay. We were also appreciative that the place was very clean and came with basic essentials like bath soap and toilet paper so we didn't have to run to the grocery store immediately upon arrival. Thank you for helping to make our time in Buenos aires so great!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment in the heart of Buenos aires in april. The apartment is spacious, sunny, tasteful and very clean. Its location is superb. It is walking distant from the best shops and restaurants in Buenos aires. We can't wait to return!
