This exclusive and modern 2nd floor walk-up loft is front facing, incredibly luminous, modern, and is conveniently located in one of the most charming and yet quiet areas of Palermo Hollywood near numerous great restaurants, cafes, and bars.

The bright, spacious and modern Living Room provides an inviting and relaxing area lined by a nicely decorated balcony. A modern steel counter-top that serves as a dining and breakfast area, divides the integrated, Kitchen from the Living Room area. Upstairs you will find the mai...n bedroom area with a comfortable queen size bed to give you the rest that you deserve. A walk-in closet space and a complete -main bathroom with a deluxe shower and bathtub are also upstairs together with another lounge area with a convertible futon large enough to accommodate another guest.

A spiral case stairs will take you an incredible private terrace with an Argentine style BBQ area--in case you want to try your hand at making an "asado". This private outdoor space is ideal to enjoy the great BA weather! This luxurious, modern and trendy LOFT also comes with all the features listed below.

This loft is located in a Building with only 8 units. The loft features an spacious terrace with grill, and plenty of space for sun bathing. Supermarket and grocery stores are located 1-2 blocks away. Various great restaurants and cute cafes are located very close by. Rates include condo fees, utilities, commissions and weekly maid service. Transfer service from and to the Airport by private car is available at a fee upon request. Rental of pre-paid cell phone is also possible, subject to availability. Keep in mind that there is a spiral staircase inside the apartment, and that you need to walk up to the second floor by stairs to get to the apartment! Once inside the apartment, you will see your efforts rewarded.

Palermo is one of Buenos Aires' biggest neighborhoods, and as such, has been divided by the locals informally into many parts: Palermo Hollywood, Palermo Soho, Palermo Chico, Palermo Viejo, Las Canitas, Palermo Brooklyn, Bosques de Palermo, Palermo Nuevo, Palermo Botanico, etc... The trendiest parts of Palermo are Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Palermo Soho is near Plaza Cortazar (which used to be called Plaza Serrano). It is full of trendy and unique clothing shops, designer furniture stores, cafes, bars, nightlife, and street vendors. On Saturdays and Sundays there is usually a fair on Plaza Cortazar and surrounding streets. The D Line of the subway can get you to Plaza Italia and you can walk from there, or a taxi cab ride is also a great way to get there and back. Palermo Hollywood is named thus because of the many studios and TV production companies located in the area, which may lead to seeing local movie and TV stars having lunch or dinner in the area as they spend their days at work. Cobblestone streets are common as are low-rise buildings. Also, many sidewalks have been widened recently at their corner intersections, which are, in turn, full of restaurants, cafes and bars, so that patrons can enjoy their meal or coffee seated outside as they watch others pass by.
