Additionally there’s the terrace area with a classic Grill which you'd be sharing with some of your co tenants. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heat and Wi-Fi. The neigh...bourhood, Bajo Belgrano is famous for being open to people doing fitness and it's quietness.

During the weekends, enjoy yourself with treats, crafts and show’s in the Bajo Belgrano Fair. Plus, this area also counts with several mall’s in case you want to go shopping, and pub’s, bar’s and fancy restaurant’s in case the mood strikes.

During check in, we request you to sign an agreement under the same exact terms that your Airbnb reservation, only binded by Argentine law to protect the rights of both parties and to ensure the good understanding of the policies. We can provide an english version of it, if it´s requested.

We request a USD 300 Guarantee Deposit as a house policy, that will be refunded at the moment of check out if the property has no serious damage.
Check-in is to be made from Monday to Friday, from 12 am to 6 pm.

Checking-in before or after this time, or even in Saturday or a Sunday has a USD 15 charge for early/late check-in.

And Check-out is to be made from Monday to Friday, in the hour range of 8 am to 12 am.
