It is not common at all to find such quality apartments in temporary rentals. This one bedroom is located in Honduras street, one of the most popular and beautiful streets in Buenos Aires.

Capacity for two, ideal for a couple, fully furnished with great taste and comfort. Sunny, fresh and extremely quiet since it is in the backside of the building. The internal balcony looks to a sun drenched garden which you can also enjoy during the day if you like.

The kitchen comes complete with gas range and oven, washing machine, a desk, refrigerator and microwave. The apartment comes equipped with Wi-Fi, cable, tableware for four, linens an...d towels.

Lot's of shopping, dining and wining are available in Palermo. Actually Palermo is the Nightlife capital in Buenos Aires. But in case you want to get to know some other neighbourhood, the “D Metro Line” of the Buenos Aires Subway go by through Palermo

Together with some sections of the neighboring communities of Retiro and Recoleta, Palermo forms a part of the area known as Barrio Norte, Buenos Aires, a traditional residential zone for the city’s most affluent families, where a great portion of the cultural life of the city is concentrated.

During check in, we request you to sign an agreement under the same exact terms that your Airbnb reservation, only binded by Argentine law to protect the rights of both parties and to ensure the good understanding of the policies. We can provide an english version of it, if it´s requested.

Our House Rules:

We request a USD 300 Guarantee Deposit as a house policy, that will be refunded at the moment of check out if the property has no serious damage.

Check-in is to be made from Monday to Friday, from 12 am to 6 pm.
Checking-in before or after this time, or even in Saturday or a Sunday has a USD 15 charge for early/late check-in.

And Check-out is to be made from Monday to Friday, in the hour range of 8 am to 12 am. Checking-out before/after this time, or even in Saturday or a Sunday has a USD 15 charge for early/late check-out.

  Quiet and Safe Great Manager Mateo

  This apartment was the highlight of our stay. The beautiful tree lined street in the Palermo district was only 2 blocks from the super market and six easy walking blocks from the subway. The property manager Mateo met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment for a needed rest after a long flight. One week stay was enough to get a good over view of the city.The apartment was quiet and peaceful with a locked entrance for added security.

  Very good apartment close to everything!

  I rented this apartment the last 2 weeks of July 2011 with my teenage son. It was in very good condition, clean and in excelent location. My thanks go to Buenos aires People (Mariano and Mateo) that managed the apartment and provided us with all the things that we needed, answered all the questions, were always on time and were always very professional.
