Beautiful, renovated loft condo of 1185 sq ft in an antique, classic, French-style building. This is our part-time home, so we have tried to make it as comfortable for our guests too.
Our loft is much larger than the typical condo and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, each with tubs, and a private office. With a floor-to-ceiling window in the living room, the condo is filled with light overlooking an interior courtyard. Location, location, location! This property is all about location! Located between Paraguay & Guatamala. Everything is within a couple of blocks....the main squares, restaurants, shopping, subway, bus, grocery,fresh produce market, gym, bakery, Botantical Garden, Zoo, Starbucks...you name it it is there. Our condo is located in the back of the building, away from the street noise.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Buenos aires. We had such an amazing time staying here and would definetly do it again! The apartment is super spacious and open with a lot of natural light. After a week it was easy to feel as if the rented apartment was our actual home. It is in such a great location. Just three blocks away there are two plazas (palermo viejo and serrano) that are surrounded by great resturants and cute little boutiques. Every saturday and sunday the plazas also have little craft fairs that are great for getting souvenirs.I dont know how to emphasize enough how awsome the location was. Staying here you get a much more authentic feel of Buenos aires, not just a touristy perspective Ruben was super helpful and answered all of our questions about Buenos aires and always responded to our emails promptly. I definetly suggest this apartment to anyone visiting Buenos aires!

Jamais is very clear and prompt and our stay was perfect. The building is incredible and the apartment was very clean and even bigger than it looks like in the pictures. There's a Disco supermarket one block away (calle armenia) and a lot of shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay in Jamais' place again.

This loft is in the perfect location for tourists visiting Buenos aires. Palermo Soho is a wonderful neighborhood, with loads of great restaurants and bars within walking distance of the loft. There are 2 bedrooms (and 1 "office" with a futon) and 2 full bathrooms in the loft, easily accomodating my wife and me, plus our 2 adult (ages 23 and 27) sons. The air conditioning cools off the loft quickly and easily (we were there in the middle of their Summer). The neighborhood feels safe for strolling, even very late in the evening. The nearest subway ("subte") stop, Scalabrini Ortiz, is a short walk away, and plenty of cabs can be hailed nearby for trips to other neighborhoods. Also, the Zoo and the Botanical garden are within walking distance also.

The loft is located in Palermo Soho, its in a quiet neighborhood, close to excellent restuatants, Palermo parks, the subway, shops, grocery store and the hip part of Palermo.

Ruben and Jamais, the owners of the apartment, put us immediately at ease and went the extra mile to give us invaluable insight about the city (they are very knowledgeable about the city's hidden gems, like great off-the-beaten-path restaurants). We were also very pleased with their design and decor taste, and the cleanliness of the apartment (which was very important to us, since we were traveling with a baby). As a result, we had a fantastic 5-day sojour. We would do it again! Thank you!!!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location in Buenos aires. My friend and I stayed there for a week in November. There is plenty of room, with two bedrooms and a third room with a futon. The master has its own bathroom and a huge walk in closet. There is air conditioning in both the master and the living room, free wifi and cable tv. But the best part is the location. There are ice cream (helado) shops, restaurants and adorable independent clothing and shoe shops everywhere in this neighborhood! It is a few blocks from Botanical Gardens and just a few blocks of the subway, which made it easy to get downtown. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!

My father and I recently rented this 2 bed apartment in the heart of Palermo for 8 nights. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the service of the agent (Brigitte) as well as the impressive apartment which looks exactly as it does in the photos. It was a great size for the 2 of us and had 2 bathrooms - a real plus. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We had an issue with the coffee machine not working but this was replaced within 24 hours by Brigitte with no fuss at all - thank you for your excellent hospitality. The apartment is configured with 2 double bedrooms and the master is on the second level with the ensuite. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small balcony.
The bars and restaurants around Palermo are some of the best in Buenos aires and are just a couple of blocks from the apartment.
I cannot recommend this apartment enough. -

Close to everything so you can walk to most areas. Palermo is a great area for walking and sightseeing. Many parks nearby. Plenty of options for getting around the city (taxis, subway, bus and walking).

I stayed at this apartment with my fiancé, my sister and her boyfriend. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Each bedroom is on a separate floor, so there is a real sense of privacy. The location was excellent with the subway 4 blocks away, a grocery store around the corner, lots of restaurants, parks, and shopping. The owner was very responsive to all my questions, before and during my stay. She was beyond accommodating in every way. My only caution is that there is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the third floor. Definitely not a concern for anyone in my party. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for modern accommodations in a safe, trendy neighborhood with lots to do at all times of the day. We all enjoyed our stay in Buenos aires very much!
