At first, we were a little hesitant to take this place because it is a duplex. But soon after arriving we realized that we had more than enough privacy, and that we even enjoyed running into our neighbors every now and then in the shared backyard area. The kitchen had everything, and the appliances were all fairly new. We didn't have a problem with technology in the house at all. All the spaces in the house were very nice and had a good amount of room. The living room was a little small, but we didn't spend much time in front of the television anyways. I'd have to say that the upstairs patio felt just a little forced, but there was a nice grill that we took advantage of many times trying to make our own parrilla. There were some issues with water pressure in the beginning of our stay, but Oasis resolved this quickly and we didn't have a complaint after that.

3rd time using Oasis, and 2nd time in this property. The apartment is huge, with tons of both indoor and outdoor space. Tons of space for a large family, or even several couples. Definitely enough space for entertaining as well. Service, both with Oasis and Quintessentially, was great as always. All questions that I had were immediately answered. They helped with reservations, tickets, information on the neighborhood - everything. And the new clubhouse is amazing - beautiful property and pool/outdoor space. Can't beat the location, walk-up apartment with some of the best stores of Palermo literally right outside the door. Best parts are the location (with Plaza Serrano one block away, Plaza armenia 2 blocks away, and the Oasis Clubhouse 1 block away) and the incredible private rooftop with amazing views of the city. I honestly cannot say anything bad about the property or the service - that's why I've used them for the past 3 years.

We had a great time in this beautiful flat with the best location you can dream of in Ba. Oasis people were great and all we have to say about this flat is good (with a special plus to stone barbecue on roof terrasse)...
