It is Brand New 1 Bedroom Apartment; as it is a big apart is has 3 area well-defined and separate areas, sleeping, resting (sofa and LCD TV) and dinning. Located in the Recoleta limiting Palermo Chico area, the most exclusive neigborhood in the City of Buenos Aires.
It has a nice Terrace Balcony facing the back of the building -No Traffic Noise-, equipped with 1 table with 4 chairs, ideal for breaksfast or relax.
It has a confortable bedroom that can be opened to the living room with a High Class King Size Bed. Deluxe linens and pillows. The LCD TV 32 inches may be seen from the bed.

The apartment is located in Recoleta (Barrio Norte) limiting with the exclusive Palermo Chico area that is one of the most luxurious neighborhood in the city; where Restaurants, bars, coffee shops are located, just walking. Also museums, squares, woods, lakes. Also walking you has the biggest green area of the city, called Palermo Gardens, ideal for people who want to relax. There you will find artificial Lakes, golf, Horses race track, Polo, Casino Slots, Zoo, Cinemas, Shopping centers, Planetarium. It is also a strategic point of access to every main avenue in the City, because of its location and because the public transport networks cross throughout every corner. We had a great stay in Ba and the apartment was amazing. It was new, clean, bright, and had everything
anyone needs for a weekend, week, or extended stay in Ba
The place was exactly as advertised, and we would highly recommend it.
The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
The apartment is quiet because it is in the back of the building it is close to the subway, easy to get a taxi,
and centrally located to all the places to go see
Gaston is so friendly and helpful and alessandro owner of the property will take good care of us!
I travel for pleasure all over the world. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Ba!!!

The apartment is wonderful - spacious, clean and convenient and centrally located for visiting attractions both in Recoleta and Palermo. The metro (Subte) is 7 blocks away and there are buses for different directions as well.
The apartment is quiet and the balcony provides privacy to sunbathe or just have a coffee and faturas (local pastries). It has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay and the TV revolves in all directions, so you can watch while in bed or while lounging around. We received an excellent welcoming service and lots of information about things to see and do locally, as well as assistance with transportation to and from the airport and the port.
We are definitely thinking of staying here again when we visit Buenos aires next. -

Excellent location at Palermo Chico. Five blocks from the Metro and eight blocks from Recoleta, this is a beautiful place well decorated and laid out with all the modern conveniences, including good Wi-Fi for those of us who must still do some work while in Ba. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and for those who feel far from home there is a Starbucks two blocks away.
I highly recommed it. -

This new apartment was immaculate. Great floor plan for a studio. The bedroom part is in an alcove that has sliding doors. This would allow you to have someone sleep on the sofa bed and both areas would be private. There is a very large balcony which opens to the bedroom area and also the living room area. This unit is very well equiped. Alejandro thought of everything even electrical converter plugs and a transformer. The location of the apartment is a+, right on the edge of Recoleta and Palermo Chico which I much preferred to Palermo Soho or Hollywood. Alejandro was a joy to work with and I will be back next year to this same unit.

The apartment: Nicely decorated. The bed was firm and comfortable. Sheets were high quality. The aC kept the place cool when it was 99 F outside. There was always hot water and great water pressure. Wi-fi, cable TV with int'l channels, a cordless phone for local calls. Mini stereo system that will play CDs, FM or an aux input. All kitchen utensils. No noise issues - this apt is at the back of the building away from the street, and I didn't hear noise from other units in the building.
The building: though it did not have a doorman, there is a live-in manager who is friendly and accessible. There is a roof deck with reclining chairs to catch some sun. No laundry facilities in the building, but you can have laundry done just a few doors down the street for a very reasonable price.
Neighborhood: It's on the edge of Recoleta/Palermo and felt safe day and night. There is a medium sized supermarket two blocks away. There is a mini-market on the same block as the apartment and a drop-off laundry. Within one block there are a couple of bakeries, fruit and vegetable stores, bank with aTM and plenty of good restaurants within 3-4 blocks. There's a big park one block away and a gym about 2 blocks away. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest subte (metro) station, which is right next to a large, upscale mall. You can flag a taxi in front of the building, or take one of the many, super cheap buses a half block away on Las Heras.
The owner, Alejandro, is a really nice guy and speaks English fluently. He welcomed me at the apt. on the first day to show me around and answer all my questions. He's great at communicating before you arrive and after you get there. If you are staying more than one week as I did, there is a housekeeper that comes for about 1.5 hours each week to clean and change the sheets and towels.
I would definitely stay at this apartment again, or one of alejandro's other properties after the great experience I had at this one. -

We had a great stay in Ba and the apartment was amazing. It was new, clean, bright, and had everything anyone needs for a weekend, week, or extended stay in Ba. The location is great to get around the city as it is close to the subway, easy to get a taxi, and centrally located to all the places to go see, eat, and party.
Alejandro was great and very helpful to give us some recommendations and things to see/do.
I travel for business and pleasure all over the world. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Ba!!!
