It is Brand New Studio Apartment; as it is a big studio is has 3 area well-defined and separate areas, sleeping, resting (sofa and LCD TV) and dinning. Located in the Recoleta limiting Palermo Chico area, the most exclusive neigborhood in the City of Buenos Aires.
It has a nice balcony facing the beautifull street of Billinghurst, equipped with 1 table with 2 chairs, ideal for breaksfast or relax.
It has a confortable bed area with a High Class King Size Bed. Deluxe linens and pillows. The LCD TV 32' may be seen from the bed.

The Studio is located in Recoleta (Barrio Norte) limiting with the exclusive Palermo Chico area that is one of the most luxurious neighborhood in the city; where Restaurants, bars, coffee shops are located, just walking. Also museums, squares, woods, lakes. Also walking you has the biggest green area of the city, called Palermo Gardens, ideal for people who want to relax. There you will find artificial Lakes, golf, Horses race track, Polo, Casino Slots, Zoo, Cinemas, Shopping centers, Planetarium. if you plan to stay some days or weeks in buenos, i would definitely recommend to rent such a flat instead of hostel / hotel. there are various, prices are good and value very high!
we decided for this departamento in billinghurst street. a good starting point for exploring buenos aires. everything was as mentioned by alejandro in his mails. the balcony is ideal for taking breakfast in the morning.. you have supermarkets and fruit markets near by..
the best from our point of view is the service by alejandro and his team.
the handovers were quite easy and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here in March 2013. It was absolutely perfect for us! It is very centrally located to all the wonderful Ba neighborhoods and we were able to walk or take the subway everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment has everything you need and there is a grocery store a couple blocks away. Alejandro is an exceptional host and is very helpful in suggesting great restaurants, things to do, and general tips about traveling in Buenos aires.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in May 2012. We had no complaints with the apartment. The area is residential and fairly quiet, but an easy walk to Recoleta or Palermo Soho, where there is a bit more going on. There is a laundromat on the same block, and a supermarket less than three blocks away. The apartment seemed bigger in person than in the photos--it's really much nicer than staying in a hotel room. The bathroom was nice, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The free wi-fi was fast enough for us to stream movies through a laptop to the TV. The kitchen served all our needs, and we cooked most days we were there. Alejandro was very nice and communicative from reservation til the time we left. We'd recommend renting from alejandro in general, and we'd recommend this apartment in particular.

Simplismente perfeito, não poderia ter feito melhor escolha para minha estadia em Buenos aires. O apartamento é completo, realmente tem todo o necessário para uma estadia. Ficamos doze dias e nada nos faltou. Alejandro, foi excelente o tempo todo, desde o primeiro contato, com retornos rápidos, nos deu todo suporte e informações necessárias sobre o bairro e a cidade, sendo sempre muito atencioso. Supermercado a uma quadra e meia, o Shopping alto Palermo a 4 quadras, o Parque Las Heras a uma quadra, muitos restaurantes e cafeterias para todos os lados. Com certeza será sempre minha morada em Buenos aires, sempre que puder estarei por lá...

This beautiful apartment was for sure one of our highlights during our visit in Buenos aires. 1. Great location, the barrio (neighborhood) "Recoleta" is one of the most popular and safest in the city, and it is in the middle of all the highlights in the city! Lots of tourist things to do walking distance, less than 1 block away you'll find little convenience stores, laundromat, places to eat and fresh fruit little stores. If you take taxis to go to the popular spots, none of them were more than $30 aR pesos each (around $6.5 usd) and you can take them just in front of the building's door. If you are more adventurous there is the subway 5 blocks away or you could take the bus which are just 1/4 block away. 2. Now about the apartment...wow! Extremely clean, great taste in decoration, sleek and modern, and absolutely everything you'll need, you'll find! Girls! There is even a blow dryer and a hair straightener! :) The kitchen is fully equipped, and the quality of all the linens is top of the line. It was nice enjoying some sunshine out in the beautiful balcony, drinking a cup of coffee and watching people passing by. If you like the pictures, let me tell you that they don't do it any justice, it is better and it feels bigger than pictured. We loved our stay in Buenos aires, lots of things to do... and this apartment is what made it great! We will for sure stay here if we go back. Alejandro (the owner) was very helpful and friendly. We travel a lot, different countries, and we almost always stay at vacation rental properties (you experience more things and you get a better feeling of where you are visiting) and let me tell you that this is one of the best portrayed properties we've stayed at. Alejandro is the perfect landlord. He took a genuine interest in making us feel right at home. He toured us around the neighborhood and made excellent recommendations for good restaurants and services. The apartment was brand new and we were the first occupants. It has everything one could ever want in the way of amenities except a washer/dryer. However, there is a laundry just a few doors down the street that did a large bag of clothes for just 20 pesos. This unit is located on a rather busy street but the noise was minimal. If a person is into parks and museums, this is the perfect location. Also, it is only about six blocks to the subway, so we rarely needed to use a taxi. Super markets abound in this area, so we ate in most of the time. Never-the-less, there are some excellent restaurants within walking distance. You can't go wrong if you stay with alejandro, whether it's here or in one of his other units.
