Located in the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood —considered to be one of the most vibrant and exciting area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury duplex apartment is right on Fitz Roy Street, where the most trendy places of this area are located. It is spacious with over 630 sq. feet (60 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to its superior location on the 6th and 7th Floor of the building (top floors). The apartment also has a wonderful furnished terrace.

The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in 2011. The building features 1 modern elevators, rooftop Jacuzzi and s...ecurity cameras in every unit. It is one of the newest buildings in Palermo Hollywood. There is also a big terrace located on the rooftop and features very nice views of the area while you are enjoying the jet tubes of the Jacuzzi.

The location can't be beat with access to all public transportation both day and night. Only 5 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway station (line "D") that connects Palermo Soho/Hollywood with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour of the day or night.

It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end custom made for this apartment.

  Luciano's apartment in Palermo Hollywood was incredible. It was beautiful, very clean, modern, and had lots of light. I love that you can control the shades with a remote control. Fucundo met us when we arrived and we couldn't ask for a better host. He gave us a tour of the apartment and also helped us book some activities during our trip. He has tons of contacts and helped us so much. I highly recommend "Learn how to Play Polo". I don't have one negative thing to say about my experience and highly recommend you stay in one of Luciano's places.

  Incredible apartment in the funniest place of Baires!

  I´m colombian, but actually living in San Diego. I was in Buenos aires during July with my girlfriend. The apartment is excellent! Very quiet and sunny with huge windows. The own terrace amazing! The neighborhood is the funniest in Baires. With the best bars and restaurants! It´s also very safe. Located near the subway line "D" wich takes you to the most important places to visit. I also want to thanks to Luciano for the service he gave us. They solved everything we need!

  We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the neighborhood. Restaurants everywhere! Luxury Ba did a good job for us. My only complaint for this unit is out of their control. There is a building under construction right outside the window that was rather noisy and once it is completed the view will be diminished. We are agile and didn't have any problem with the circular staircase, but it might be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
