We love our apartment in Buenos Aires!
It is a top floor unit, so it is quiet & peaceful.We have a large terrace, where we've planted orange trees in pots, and jasmine that climbs over a sitting area. We added a sunroom off the terrace, which creates a pretty, romantic feel. It has a private loft, a full bath/shower, and an additional sleeping area downstairs (a fold out couch).
We have WiFi, a DVD/CD player, and telephone.
It is only a few blocks from the heart of Palermo Soho.

Our apartment in Palermo Soho is walking distance from shops, restaurants, coffee houses, parks...When you stay here, you'll find everything close by. There is even a gym and pilates studio near by, and a tango instructor fluent in 3 languages (including English!) lives in our building!
Palermo Soho is charmiing, walk-able and friendly. At the end of our block you can easily catch a taxi to go anywhere else in the city. We are also close to a bus stop.
When you rent with us, we provide you with contact info for a car service run by an American (who is married to an Argentinean); he can meet you at the airport as well as drive you to interesting places outside the city.

We have just returned from a very restful fortnight in this lovely apartment. The apartment is located very close to the very hip neighbourhood of Palermo Soho where there are lots of bars/clubs/restaurants/boutiques etc.
It is a little bit of a walk to the nearest Subte stop, but as cabs are so cheap we ended up using them in lieu of public transport, with the most we ever paid being 80 pesos (or about 16 aUD), which was to the southern suburb of La Boca in absolutely dismal traffic.
Pablo is a lovely host and the owners have made sure there are lots of thoughtful touches in the apartment such as cold drinks and a bottle of wine on arrival.
The private rooftop terrace is obviously a huge drawcard here and it does not disappoint, affording sweeping views of the city and a nice place to enjoy a drink as the sun sets.
The apartment is located in a secure block and we never felt unsafe in the neighbourhood, even when returning at odd hours from nights out.
All up, a great stay, and we would recommend this apartment. -

We had no idea how lucky we were to find a spot as magical as this condo! The solarium and terrace were absolutely beautiful and our cats loved every minute of it! Our entire stay was hassle free and relaxing. It was a great start to our six month stay in Ba!
