The apartment was lovely - really clean, comfortable and welcoming. It's really near to shops, cash machines and restaurants (including a mall!). The apartment in located in a block that has a gym for guests to use which came in really useful.
Overall, we had an excellent stay. I marked "ease of check-in" down as 3 stars only because the gentleman on the door at the time of our arrival disputed the fact we had a booking merely because he didn't know about it. He rang the landlord and made a bit of a fuss. The rest of the staff were lovely though. -

The apartment was extremely nice and based on the description and pictures definitely met my expectations. The location was excellent being just one block from the metro line which we used for the majority of our travel. There was also a nice cafe adjacent to the first floor which was great for morning snacks before we started our day and actually had a pastry happy hour from 5-7 pm.

This appartment has a great location. The abasto shopping mall is just accross the street. La Esquina Carlos Gardel (Tango Show) and Carlos Gardel Museum are also at walking distance (like 3 min). You can find any kind of restaurants nearby. The furniture, decoration and amenities are great and new. The entire property is nice and clean; the area is safe...I traveled alone, and I felt safe when walking around...actually I went to La Recoleta area by walk. I really enjoyed my stay in Boutique abasto apartment. I totally recomend it!!

Excelente apartamento, en un magnífico estado y muy bien ubicado. El trato recibido muy bueno con plena facilidad para realizar el check-in y el check-out. Es necesario dejar una fianza. Ideal para turistas urbanos.
