I stayed in this apartment during august 2011 until december 2011 and I really enjoyed living in that apartment. It was brand new, felt like a hotel room, much higher quality than all other apartments I went to in Buenos aires. It was superclean and the cleaning lady came every week and it seriously felt like a 5 month stay at a nice hotel.
Also, the location is great, just next to the best shopping mall in Buenos aires which also has a great gym where was working out. Only took me 2 minutes from leaving my apartment until I entered the gym, amazing. Also, during summertime the location right next to the Park Las Heras is amazing, which is a great park to hang around, play football or just enjoy the sun.
I really miss this apartment, if I went back, I would definitely go back to this one!
Also, the girls at Inbaires apartments are great, easy to deal with and are supercool to hang around with.

I was shown this apartment and another in the same building. I loved this, but thought the view would be too distracting (I work at home), so I took one in the back. But I can speak to the building, the service, and the location.
The building is new and well constructed. It's also very secure, with doormen on duty almost 24/7. The elevators are fast and modern. The apartment(s) are as you see them in the photos, comfortable, modern, fully equipped, and reasonably spacious.
Services are excellent. I never had a problem and I stayed for four months.
The location is great! It's one of the safest spots in Buenos aires, and you're right across from the alto Palermo mall, which has an extensive food court, plus McDonald's, TGI Friday's, Beni Hana, and Starbucks, all of which are open very late. There are lots of little shops and restaurants around, and the nearby Santa Fe avenue is one of the main thoroughfares through the city (and home to the D-line subway).
I've lived in serviced apartments all over the city, and the best locations, service, and prices were with Inbaires. I am happy to recommend this location. -

I rented this apartment for my 8 day stay and I couldn't have been happier with it! The location is unbeatable and central to everything, and with the subway nearby you are able to get to anywhere you need quickly. Check-in and general service was efficient and friendly, and the apartment was clean and tidy. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in the middle of Buenos aires.
