Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment located in one of the best areas in Palermo. All the best restaurants and bars around, very close to the ZOO of Buenos Aires. Just 2 blocks of the famous avenue Las Heras, where are all the buses that takes you all around. The bedroom has 2 single beds or one queen, and a very confortable closet. The Kitchen comes fully furnished with microwave, fridge with freezer, and washing machine. The livingroom, has a LCD, a sofa bed for 2 people and a modern table with 4 chais.

Súper buen lugar. Departamento limpio y cómodo, en barrio tranquilo y seguro.
Sólo mejoraría las instalaciones del cuarto de baño, pero aparte de eso, súper bien.
La administradora del lugar seria y responsable. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Bs.Aires, será en este lugar. -

I stayed here for five months and rented from Daniela. She was great at communicating with the owners for me about any of my needs. It was nice to rent from someone that I trusted... there are lots of untrustworthy landlords in the area.
The apartment itself is very nice and clean. It is in an upscale, safe neighborhood, and about a 7 minute walk to the Scalibrini Ortiz subte stop (green line). There are a lot of nice restaurants nerby on Cervino, and some bars a couple of blocks down the street (on Republica de la India).
I definitely recommend this place. It is a bit pricey, but if you can afford it, it is a great place to stay. -

I was very happy with my stay here. The apartment was beautiful, in a very convenient neighborhood (lots of restaurants, bars, etc nearby) and Daniela was very helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend it!

The service was great; the landlords met us at the apartment to drop off the keys.
The location was central to a lot of attractions and the landlords gave us great advice and tips on activities to do in Ba. It was easy and stress free.
