This apartment has recently been renovated and decorated by one of Buenos Aires' top architects & interior designers, and has been featured in several design magazines. It is the only unit on the top floor of a small, 1950's walk-up building, and features a private 200 square-foot terrace. It is a truly unique space, with many fun and quirky design features. The building sits across from a 100-year-old church on a quiet tree-lined street, but is just five blocks away from Plaza Serrano, the center of activity in Palermo Soho. The metro station and all major bus lines can be found only two blocks away on Santa Fe Avenue.

  Stayed in Buenos aires for a month with my girl friend and we were definitely not ready to leave after staying here. I'm not one for older apartments, but this place totally exceeded my expectations. It's in an old, but beautiful building and everything is renovated (they weren't joking when they said it had been redone by the best architects and interior designers). The place is gorgeous combining new appliances and keeping old features to create a sort of hip-chic atmosphere (or, at least that's what my girlfriend says...). I was super surprised by how well everything ran (heat, water, wifi, etc.), never had a problem! The neighbors were super nice and friendly. Even without the recommendations or ability to google good restaurants/bars we found a ton of places by just walking around. Not only is Palermo really pretty with tons to see, but it's really fun and there is something always going on! We loved that we never had to worry about taxis or buses to get home at the end of the night. This apartment really has the best of both worlds -- great for travelers who are looking for a "temporary home"!
