June: Low Rate. Beautiful Design Studio located in the center of the city close to the Congreso building, del Salvador University and to public transport. It's in a safety area and in easy walking distance of many of the attractions Buenos Aires has to offer.

The studio is luminous and well equipped with high quality objects and furniture by design , a relaxing double bed and a wonderfull balcony that offers excellent views of the city. This apartment combines a five star hotel look with the comfort of your own home.

The appartment is located in the downtown in one of the most important avenues of Buenos Aires. Two blocks away from the Argentinian Congress and "Avenida de Mayo", where is easy to find lots of "Milongas" and Tango academies. "Avenida Corrientes", "the street that never sleeps", is also a few blocks away and there are a great number of cultural activities like cinemas, theaters, bookstores.
In the neighborhood there are many spanish academies.
Three subway lines and many buses go through the area and will give you the possiblity to get anywhere you'd like in a few minutes.

  Ce studio est tout à fait conforme aux photos présentées, il est agréable et surtout, sa situation au coeur de Buenos aires facilite l'accès à toutes les parties de la ville, à tous les centres d'intérêt. Aucun vis à vis et l'on peut sortir en petite tenue sur le balcon sans problème pour aller chercher un linge sec sur l'étendoir disponible pour les petits lavages ou séchages de serviettes. A 50 m du métro, à 150 mètres environ de la Plaza Congresso, où l'on trouve de très nombreux arrêts de bus, c'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter la Capitale de l'Argentine.
  Seul bémol, la rue Callao est une artère très passante et la circulation de jour comme de nuit y fait un bruit de fond continu. Pour moi qui dors comme un loir pas de problème, mais ma femme qui a des difficultés à s'endormir a été gênée par cet ronronnement sonore.
  A moins de 200 m on trouve un supermarché, une laverie très bon marché où l'on peut faire laver et repasser trois serviettes, un jean, une chemises et deux tea-shirts pour environ 10 euros. (Prix 2013) On a aussi trois banques de part et d'autre de l'immeuble, où l'on peut tirer de l'argent à tout heure aux distributeurs automatiques.
  Dans l'appartement, la connexion Internet fonctionne très bien, ce qui permet, en allant sur www.mapa.buenosaires.gob.ar, et en inscrivant votre adresse de départ et la destination souhaitée, d'avoir toutes les informations sur les bus et le métro qui vous y conduisent. Ce sont des moyens de transport pratiques et très bon marchés.
  L'immeuble est gardé en permanence et n'y rentrent pas qui veut, de jour comme de nuit.
  Nous y avons passé un mois et demi de la mi janvier à la fin février.
  Rajoutons que la propriétaire est d'un contact très agréable.

  This is a really lovely apt that I've actually rented 5 times now in repeated trips to Buenos aires? Why? The lovely balcony and view, the well-appointed room, the nice quiet neighbors, the friendly doorman who assures security, the fantastic mattress, the great little kitchen, the neighborhood with cafes, theaters, book shops...the wonderful portena landlord. I could go on and on. I've stayed all over the city, but this is the best neighborhood to experience a more authentic less touristy Buenos aires. This is a real gem of a place, my home away from home. Would stay again and hope to. There's street noise, but I found that rather romantic...Callao provides what I felt was nice background noise. I'm a writer and like quiet but I found the background noise better than total silence actually and its quiet at night.
