The apartment is on a 7th floor (very bright and comfortable) in a nice building in San Telmo, the building has two elevators and a concierge who lives in an apartment at the ground floor, next to the main door.
The apartment has one bedroom with two brand new beds and a living-room with sofa bed and extra bed. HD Led TV, Wi-Fi and Telephone are included. It has a Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove with oven. It is very luminous and comfortable.

Perfect place for visiting the city by yourself, located in San Telmo, a colonial neighborhood that was the main residential neighborhood in the past, with remarkable and antique cafés like Café Tortoni, tango academies, museums and old churches. La Brigada and el Desnivel restaurants are three blocks from the apartment.
This cozy apartment is near downtown, Puerto Madero and 9 de Julio Av. It is less than ten minutes' walk away from Plaza de Mayo and the pedestrian shopping street Florida. You can visit Plaza Dorrego (flea market), Defensa street and Parque Lezama, which are 4 blocks away from the apartment.
Just one block away is 9 de Julio Av., along which many bus lines and the subway station Independencia can be found. The place is just a few minutes journey away from the Buenos Aires Zoo, the Botanical Garden and the Rural Exhibition in Palermo, Recoleta Cemetery and Barrio Norte and it will take you only 5 minutes by subway to reach Retiro, the train station where trains can take you to Tigre to visit the delta river and San Isidro to enjoy quietness and appreciate the immensity of the river Rio de la Plata.

We found Silvana and Jose Luis to be excellent hosts. The apartment is as advertised -- comfortable, bright and safe, with wi-fi and TV included. San Telmo itself is somewhat "grittier" than we expected, but the apartment is conveniently located, with a bakery on the corner and both market and greengrocer just around the corner. The subway is just a block away and much of central Buenos aires is within walking distance. Don't miss the nearby San Telmo Feria!

The apartment is just as the pictures and the description states, which is great for a vacation home. It had more than enough space for us and our things. However, perhaps the most important factor throughout our experience with this apartment was the care that we received from the owners. They waited for us to arrive and took their time explaining the ins and outs of the apartment. They gave us all the details and were willing to help with anything and everything during our stay. The location was also superb. This was my third trip to argentina, but this was by far the best apartment location-wise. Everything was in walking distance or just a subway ride away. I honestly can't find any problems with this apartment and will definitely rent it out again on my next trip to Buenos aires.

The service was excellent, I would give it a 100 .The owners are wonderful, they were available if we needed anything or had any questions. The home is cozy, with enough room for four of us, including a 10 year old child. The location is great, it's in San Telmo, close to the tourist bus stop, most tourist locations, the metro station, the San Telmo fair and carrefour the grocerie store as well as another family own store. If you don't want to walk or take the metro it's pretty easy to take a cab. The amenities are good as well, it has all the basic things for the kitchen use, and bathroom use, what I liked the most is the owners gave me an argentinan cell phone and I would just put money to make calls.
