My partner and I stayed at this apartment for several nights in early May. From the outset of our contact with the owners(Gustavo and Ines) they were faultless in extending their hospitality and knowledge to us during our stay. The apartment is excellent value and is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. For the price, quality of the apartment and the helpfulness of Gustavo and Ines I would recommend the apartment without reservation.

The place is next to sheraton libertador hotel in microcentro or downtown. The Owner of The place gives a great service he also made all The airport transfers for us and exchanged us some dollars for pesos. The apartment is well located next to galerías pacífico and calle Florida. Walking distante to teatro Colón, el obelisco and more. The apartament is confortable 2 single beds in The bedroom of they can also arrange a double bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. And the have a full kitchen and laundry machine. The bedroom has ac and the living room has a fan. They have towels and sheets. It's a good choice for the money.

This is a modern, clean and well located apartment for short term or long term stays. We stayed for 5 nights and it was excellent. Everything is clean and new, Wifi works great, bed is super comfortable and it's in a safe and secure building with a 24 hour doorman. Plenty of tea and coffee (coffee bags or percolator) in the room and oils and spices etc for cooking if you need.
Easy to wash clothes in washing machine and clothes line on balcony which is handy.
Gustavo is very helpful with info about Buenos aires and also with general tips on getting around.
Would definitely recommend this place.

Estivemos nesse apartamento no final de semana do feriado de 12 de outubro e ficamos bastante satisfeitos com tudo.
O apartamento é muito bem equipado, a localização é ótima e os proprietários são muito gentis.
Recomendamos a todos, especialmente aos brasileiros, que gostam de fazer compras, pois o apartamento está a apenas uma quadra da Galerias Pacífico e Calle Florida. -

Excelente experiencia.Gustavo,el anfitrion, nos hizo sentir perfectamente bien, tanto en la llegada como el checkout, es una persona amable, que facilito todo, y estuvo a disposición todo el tiempo. Todo resultó tal cual lo conversado en cuanto al alquiler, ninguna sorpresa desagradable.El departamento es perfecto por su ubicacion,ya que permite llegar a cualquier sitio facilmente por la proximidad de lineas de buses ó metro.A pesar de estar en pleno downtown es tranquilo y no hay ruidos molestos.El nivel de limpieza inmejorable, y ademas Gustavo tuvo la atención de dejar insumos de todo tipo, desde comestibles, hasta articulos de limpieza para sentirse realmente como en casa.La cama es muy cómoda, contando la habitacion con un pequeño balcón con linda vista a la ciudad.La conexion a internet funcionaba bien, igualmente que el televisor lcd con tv por cable.Todo ok. Lo que más me gusto: La ubicacion, el buen gusto en la decoracion y comodidad de los ambientes,la proporción precio-calidad.Lo que menos me gusto: no encuentro nada objetable.

I really can't say enough good things about this place. Gustavo was a pleasure to deal with from our first email inquiring about the apartment (on short notice!). He met us at the apartment even though we arrived late in the evening to give us the keys and fill us in on everything. He went above and beyond, giving us the place with fresh fruit on the counter and a (good) bottle of wine! On the way out, Gustavo was very accommodating, meeting us (on time) with our deposit and bidding us farewell.
The place itself was great as well. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was spotless and pleasant. Beyond the fruit and wine, there was a full kitchen with all the basics needed to cook a full meal.
The location is also good as the building is directly behind the Sheraton hotel, so it was easy to tell taxis and busses where you needed to get dropped off.
I was so happy that our money went to such a nice argentinian couple, and not just some hostel or hotel. Will definitely stay here again! -

The apartment is conveniently located near the center and only a block from the main walking street of Florida. It was well furnished and had everything you need for a few night stay or a long term rental. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough for two people to be cooking at the same time, which we did with ease. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with very good pressure allowing for one of the best showers I have had while I've been traveling. There are plenty of blankets and pillows even though the blankets are needed with such a good heating system. I slept on the pull out couch and was quite pleased with how comfortable it was. I've slept on pull out beds in the past where I woke up with back pains from the cross beam, but this was not the case here.
As you can see I very much enjoyed the apartment and would used it the next time I'm in Buenos aires. The thing that really made this one of my best stays was not just how nice the apartment was, but how accommodating and professional Gustavo and his wife (owners) were. I felt like if needed they would really go out of their way to help us, and we were only staying for a short period. We had contacted some other apts at the same time we contacted Gustavo and Gustavo was the by far the most professional of any of them. All questions were answered very clearly and any information we needed, he was happy to provide. He speaks fluent English and Spanish which made the transaction even easier for us. -

Great place, loved it! If you ever go to argentina (Ba) this is a perfect place to stay, right in Downtown and across the street from Galerias Pacifico. The pictures just don't make justice, you have to be there to believe it. Nice, clean, cozy... Everything you expect from a get away location. Did I mention the price? This amazing place has been more than reasonably priced, not to many places like this. I would highly recommend this to any friend, knowing that they won't be disappointed. The owners, Ines and Gustavo are very approachable people and clearly understand this business; if you need them, they are there, but if not, they stay out of the way. And the fact that they speak Spanish, Portuguese and English makes our life easier. I hope I will be back soon. Thanks Gustavo and Ines!,,,

Our visit in Buenos aires was made more enjoyable thanks to Inés and Gustavo cozy apartment. Its perfect location and amenities allowed us to have a beautiful stay! Being just 1 block from the pedestrian area allowed us to tour all the beautiful things there are to visit in Buenos aires...and after a long day of walking and having fun it was amazing to get "home" to rest, cook something good and recharge our batteries to keep enjoying more!

O apartamento é muito confortável e as fotos descrevem exatamente o local. Gustavo e Inês foram adoráveis e se preocuparam em nos proporcionar uma ótima estadia, inclusive nos dando informações sobre a cidade. A localização é excelente, próximo de pontos turísticos, comércio e linhas de metrô facilitando o nosso deslocamento.
